I already recommended the hair stylist MAYA to all of my friends and they are all very happy. She does my roots and highlights (I have a blond hair) and haircut and she does everything great.
Very friendly and careful service.
She knows what she is doing and she explains all the details about color if you need to know them.

I have been getting my hair done at DiMari forever. I started getting my hair done with Shannon in 2003. Ever since then, I’ve never gone anywhere else. I recommend all my friends and family to try this place out. I love it, and I’d never trust ANYONE else with my hair. Shannon has a great talent for hair, she always listens, and I always get exactly what I want, no matter how crazy it is. Sometimes I bring it pictures, but most of the time now, since she knows what I like so I just tell her to go for it! She has also done my hair for school dances and prom while I was in highschool. Now, I go for special occasions and for regular cut/​color every 6 weeks. Int he future, I will definately be going there for my wedding! My whole family goes here (Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister, Grandparents) and we would never choose to go anywhere else.
I’m always pleased with the way my hair comes out. If you’re looking for something really funky (like mine!) or just something for everyday, Shannon can do it. The other stylists there are awesome as well. I love my hair, everywhere I go I get compliments on it asking «where do you go?!». She also has showed me how to curl my hair, since I’m awful at it. She really takes the time to get you what you want. This is a great salon and I really hope you’ll give it a try!!!

Review on haircuts:
I got my haircut here the other day for the first time.
Here’s what happened:
I brought in 4 pictures of haircuts I had in mind. Three were very similar to each other, the fourth a bit different but the same length. I asked for feedback on what would look good on me. I don’t think the girl even looked at the shape of my face or anything, just said how about I make it this length here and this length here? or something. I was like sure, sounds good. Of course I expected it to look at least somewhat like one of the pictures I showed her.
It was not. When I looked in the mirror towards the end I was like, What? What is this? I looked like I was wearing a wig, and the style was SO different from any of the four pictures I’d shown.
I told her to please cut it shorter here, layer it more here, etc. It looked better but I was like… If I keep needing to tell her what I actually want, I’ll be here all day…
Needless to say, I walked out with a haircut that disappoints me greatly. It’s not ugly but it’s not what I wanted and it’s not great. And no offense, but I don’t know why they consider themselves professionals… I have liked all the cuts I got at the beauty school I usually go to, and as soon as possible I am going to go to them and have them fix this.
Note that this review is strictly in regards to their hair cutting service, and of course of just one employee. I don’t know how the others are, but I’m not going to spend my money to possibly get a disappointing haircut that is totally different from what I want. I recommend going to Haskana, the beauty school where I usually get my haircut. They always give me what I ask for and do a good job.

Review on manicure:
Manicures here are not worth the costs, to me. Some of my nails weren’t shaped that well, parts weren’t clipped off completely. This is my first manicure so maybe I’m not one to judge, but I didn’t find the service worth my money — I could have done just as well at home.

Review on facial:
My first facial. This felt good — the steam, the music, the privacy, the natural products. The face mask STUNG LIKE HECK… Otherwise very relaxing. However, I don’t know that it did much for my face afterward. Hmmm… maybe I’m just too picky. I wouldn’t pay full price for a facial (I did the 30 min one) but it was a nice experience. Oh, and forget about «free personal skin consultation»…there’s no such thing. They just have their process and that’s it, the girl probably hardly looked at my face.

My manicurist moved here. My manicurist– Margarita is fabulous! The staff here is friendly. They offer other spa and hair services. I haven’t tried them yet. The clients age is mixed but overall. everyone knows each other or are ready to make new friends!
