Very strange experience. I am new to the area and gave them a try since they work with my employer, and I’ll never go back! When I dropped off my clothes, I was transporting them in a very nice reusable grocery sack. The woman there said I had to leave my clothes in the sack, which I thought was odd, but she said the sack comes back with the clothes, so I handed it over. When I came back for my clothes, my bag wasn’t there. I asked where it was, and the lady said she would look for it. She offered me several other people’s bags(which may be how my sack got«lost» in the first place), but got very hostile and defensive when it became clear that my bag was not there. This shouldn’t have been a big deal! It was just a grocery sack. But instead of reacting calmly, she got very upset and was incredibly rude, not letting it go and getting more accusatory the more she talked. Finally, she told me this was all my fault, and unless I left a detailed note attached to the bag with explicit instructions for how I wanted to get it back, they couldn’t be expected to keep track of it. The whole experience was very strange and gave me little confidence in their ability to keep track of my clothing, so I won’t be using them again.

Worst dry cleaners I’ve ever used!!! There’s a saying that goes: «the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.» The only reason I used them in the first place was because my company hired them and they delivered to my work, hence the word«direct» in their business name. But the fact that I used them again means I must be insane. On my first experience, my shirts came back pressed and appeared to be worked on. But on closer inspection, some of the necks were still dirty afterwards and what’s worse is that they appear to have pressed the dirt into the material so my nice white shirts are now ruined. On my final experience, I had 2 sweaters that came back smelling like murky water, or old sweaty socks as my girlfriend put it. Nevertheless, I’m going to break this cycle and will not be using them again. You’d be wise to avoid them too.

It pains me to hand out single star reviews but this place is getting worse and worse. They’ve delayed urgent rush orders, ignored stain removal requests, and even misplaced clothing. They seem to have a high turnover and the staff either seems stressed or disinterested. They’ll either argue with you or burst into tears right in front of you(yes, that actually happened — I swear I only asked after my shirt). There doesn’t seem to be much point in complaining. It only ends in them bickering about who’s to blame instead of resolving the issue. There may be more chaos these days because they’re moving(and changing their name to Crisp n Clean) but these issues are not recent. So, beware!

They are really nice here. When I dropped off my clothes, I came a few minutes after closing time, but the owner opened up the shop and still took my clothes. When picking up, I called to let them know I was on my way and cutting it REALLY close to closing time. They knew how urgent it was for me to pick it up that day and they stayed that 5 minutes to let me pick up my clothes. Did I also mention that they took excellent care of my clothes? I had a suit, chiffon, things with sequins, beadings, dresses, blazers, they all came back in excellent condition. No broken buttons or scorch marks. And the price is amazing! I will definitely come here again.
