This location can not be representative of the rest of this expanding chain. I do not think it can last here as we dined there on a very busy Saturday at noon only to watch 3 other families look at the menu and then leave. I had the spicy lemongrass soup. It was not spicy, nor did it have any flavor at all. I was left to wonder if they had forgotten to add seasoning to the water. For $ 8 I received warm water with some vegetables and a spoonful of tofu. I also ordered the children’s meal which turned out to be a tiny bowl of noodles floating in teriyaki sauce accompanied by a large bowl of frozen kefir. Seems like the sizes should have been reversed. I was excited to return on a Sunday when kids eat free, but since my Asian food loving child couldn’t hardly eat the noodles due to the overdose of very salty sauce, it probably won’t happen. A final note, I realize fast food employees don’t get paid well, so I really hate to comment on this, but the employees were MIA unless you yelled to the back room that you wanted to order. It seemed like a place like this should have employees that enthusiastically try to get skeptical customers to order something they like. There was a tray of samples on the counter. Not sure what it was, but it tasted ok. I think if this place wants to stay in business they will need to get someone there to engage possible customers, hand out the samples, and help people to order something they would like since it is a high price point.

This location is inside a target and I just wanted to pick up something on my way home. The concept is all fresh foods, they have an assortment of wraps, soups, and salads that are full of fresh vegetables and you can can add a protein, tofu, or falafel to your meal. They also have fresh juices and smoothies. Being in a Target thought I think these are pre-made. I had the lemongrass soup, it was fresh and full of mushrooms, noodles, carrots, cabbage and semi-spicy broth. It was ~6 dollars and a sizeable portion. I was looking at the Mediterranean bowl which had like quinoa and assorted vegetables and a sauce which looked good but I went with the soup. I would like to try the bowls/burrito section the soup was pretty good for something you could get in a Target cafeteria. They have nut mixes and some other items that are ready to go but I only got the soup to try the place out. If you’re in a target, this is a decent, healthy, tasty option. Check it out.
