I love these guys. Family owned for decades. They are sincere, fair, friendly, and trustworthy. You get what you pay for. If you want inexpensive framing, get your coupon and go to Michaels, where you have no intimate relationship with your framer or lifetime guarantee for the work. In the end, these guys always make it work and make it right. I trust my fine arts with them, and that’s not a trust that comes easily.

Bought a living social and when I presented it the owner his demeanor instantly changed. He inflated the pricing so high that it negated the living social!!! Such a scam!!! The total would be $ 293 for everything, which was absolutely ridiculous seeing as this included the $ 159 living social voucher. So, to frame my diploma it would be $ 452?! Sir, you are robbing people and actually my mom was going to bring you more business had you given us a fair price. What you did was sneaky, rotten and low. I will be contacting living social with your bogus estimate and submitting a formal complaint.

Great experience! I brought in my parents’ wedding photo to be restored and enlarged. Mark and Gary were very helpful in making suggestions to get the best results and got everything finished in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work

Customers/clients have many choices when it comes to framing their artwork, whether it be the typical ‘Big-Box’ stores and/or other ‘chain’ establishments. However, speaking from personal experience, the quality suffers and definately shows on the delivered product. Grand Frame & Gallery, on the other hand, is quite the contrary. Professional staff and service coupled with top notch, quality work are what you can expect from this custom framer. Being a family-owned business, I was treated as family the moment I walked in the door through the entire transaction. Since, I’m not very familiar with the whole picture framing world, I was highly recommended from friends to entrust my heirlooms with Gary, Carrie, Matt and crew. They will treat your memories as if it were their own and guide you step-by-step through the selection process of matting/frames etc… in other words, you are not left alone to fend for yourself. They value your opinions and not just their own. Neighbors of mine had several football jerseys framed here as this is just one of Grand Frame’s specialties I was told. I will definately return to Grand Frame in Arlington Heights for future framing. Not only is the quality of workmanship outstanding here, but the customer service is high quality as well… extremely rare these days to find both in one business.

Wonderful customer service. They really listen to what you want and help you with their creative eye. This place was also cheaper than the other 5 frame shops I visited. Ended up saving $ 150! Great deal since they already had pre made shadow box frames.

Excellent service, enthusiastic about what they do, and really care for what’s in the customer’s best interest. While it was a bit pricey, the quality and service was more than worth it!

3.5 stars, I had a groupon. A little too expensive for my liking. Friendly service though.

I fell in love with a print from a Big Box Store but when I hung it in my dining room it just didn’t work. I was bummed. My sister suggested changing the mat and frame so I took the whole thing to Grand Frame. Worked with Carrie. After much diliberation(I couldn’t make up my mind!) I finally made my selection. And I am so happy with the results. The print now«POPS» !!! I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Carrie!
