Hauk Fitness bootcamp is the best bootcamp! Train Like A Trooper really works. Tami, the owner and your guide to healthier you is energetic, patient and very motivating. I have never been one to be into a fitness program like this but I was hooked after the first couple days. I lost 9 lbs in my first 3 week session! I felt stronger and look more fit. The routines are never the same, Tami makes it fun and funny. Try it, you’ll like it!

I attended the Hauk Fitness bootcamp and had a great experience. Tami, the owner, is a former State Trooper who can really motivate and get you working hard. She has a lot of different routines she uses, so it is never the same. Some really tough wokrouts doing stadium stairs, suicides, etc! She gets the results you’re looking for.

This is my fourth month at boot camp, and I couldn’t be happier with the results :) I have lost 51lbs over a period of 13 weeks. If it wasn’t for Tami (the owner) motivating and pushing me, and of course to her awesome boot camp I wouldn’t be able to achieve what I have achieved. It is tough at times, and sometimes you are in pain the next day, but its good pain, the pain that gets you the results. If you want to get in shape and have fun while getting there, this is a boot camp you should really join. The classes are always fun, and the atmosphere is awesome, if you didn’t join yet, you are really missing out.
Just remember once you get going you won’t be able to stop!
