This guy is amazing — he has figured out problems for me that my own IT department at work couldn’t solve! And then they wanted to know how he did it!
He seems to always be available for you and if he can’t get to you will try and help you over the phone until he can.
His prices are totally reasonable and I trust him more than giving my computer over to a Best Buy!

What an awesome company to work with! I use my personal computer for work, and travel 4 days a week. After having difficulties installing updates, I found that I need to have my Operating System reinstalled. The process would have taken more time than I had available, and I’m certainly no expert, so I checked Unilocal for recommendations. I first called another company in the area with a very good reviews, but they told me that it couldn’t be done in the time allotted (it was Friday late morning, and I needed my laptop returned before Sunday evening). They didn’t ask any questions about my problem, and didn’t leave me with a comfortable feeling. Then I called K&D and spoke with Paul. After spending 15 minutes or more with me discussing nearly detail of my issue, and my laptop, he determined that he could do me one better than what I thought I needed. He picked up (Yes! he picked up and dropped off my laptop — no charge!) on Saturday morning, and it was returned by 5:30 the same day. It works better than it has in years, and I would have paid twice as much to have the work done as quickly as he did it. I highly recommend Paul and K&D. Amazing, professional customer service, and he really went out of work to accomodate my frenzied urgency.
