I have gone to Dr. Koller for probably my entire life before moving to VA. Even when I had moved to other places, I’d go to Dr. Koller when I was home visiting. He’s very calm, relaxed, and explains things well(and even answers embarrassing questions in a way that doesn’t make you feel like an idiot for asking). The practice is in a home-turned-office, and is very comfortable. The waiting room has books, magazines, toys, children’s books, and while small, has never been an issue for me with seating. There are three areas to have work done, a bathroom, the waiting area, and the front desk/filing area. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and gets things done properly. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s a well kept, organized, clean office. The only issue I’ve ever had is parking. There’s a lot next door and a lot across the street for some other companies, and you might be able to park on the street too. I’ve always parked in the lot next door and have never had any problems, but I don’t think you’re supposed to park there. Oops!
