The staff is very friendly. They know my order and greet me right when I walk in. I enjoy seeing them interact with other customers in the café and drive thru while I wait for my drink. Every time I go in, I have a great experience. I saw an earlier review stating the difference between the«good staff» and the«other staff» which is saddening because I go in during different times and never have a problem. Also, someone said they have been going to this location for years when it just opened a month prior to the review. And now I’ve hit the length Unilocal wants for my review! Can’t wait to stop in tomorrow for my white mocha!!!

Incredibly hot in there due to the large windows all around, and very crowded due to the location. Kinda loud. Not the best facility.

I like Starbucks, but as someone else mentioned, they keep the temperature low. Most people have their jackets on. Other than that, it’s a commodity.

This Starbucks is lovely and pretty new and has a lot of potential… but… They kept forgetting stuff in our order and they messed up 2 of our drinks. They fixed it right away though. Maybe because they have a drive thru as well, there was just a lot of confusion. It’s still nice to sit place to go and enjoy your drinks. They also have outlets everywhere.

They recently opened and everything is new inside. They keep the temperature a little bit too cold but better a little cold than having it on the warm side. The place is big compared with most of the Starbucks places, they have the drive thru too which makes it easier if you are on a rush. They had enough staff so my coffee was done in 2 mins.(it wasn’t busy). Definitely a regular customer.

Starbucks is Starbucks, what can I say that probably hasn’t been said before? It’s a great location and seems to be doing well compared to the bank that previously occupied the building. I would prefer to have a Caribou Coffee in that location, but since Caribou no longer exists, I guess Starbucks it is!

When I stopped spending a lot of money on specialty coffee, I basicially omitted Starbucks from my Unilocal account. I got sick of being overcharged for burnt milk and/or old decaf coffee that burned my mouth and tasted bad. Wow! I know this location is practically brand new but still… it’s been forever since I’ve had a Starbucks latte or mocha that wasn’t made with perfection. This location has nailed it every time! Their temperature is set to 150 instead of the standard 180 so I don’t even need to ask for my drink to be cooled down. If all Starbucks would go back to their basics, I might return as a frequent customer. For now, I’ll just enjoy and appreciate this place and pray they don’t become jaded any time soon.

Winter weather + Newborn = Drive Thru Well, really, the formula should read: Any child + car = Drive Thru Or… Maintain mommy’s sanity * sleep deprivation + efficiency = Drive thru If you’ve ever hauled a car seat around, you know what I’m talking about. I fully appreciate a drive thru at any fast casual restaurant or coffee locale. The thing is, though, this new ‘Bucks’ drive thru is *not* the epitome of speed or efficiency. Bummer. So, all in all my only experiences with this Starbucks thus far have been via drive thru. The positives include my beverages made correctly and the convenience of the drive thru. The negatives include longer wait times(the first time I waited more than minutes total for an spinach feta wrap) and out of stock items. Overall this is a favored option for the drive thru needy but there are still plenty of links to be worked out.

Been going here for years. First time today I have a horrible experience. First, the lady forgot what my order was after I already paid for it. Ordered a venti and she gave me a grande I saw her transfer it in another cup and put way too much whipped cream. I was in a hurry so I left but when I sipped my coffee it was more like lukewarm not hot.

Starbucks seem be be opening a great deal of new stores, I have been to six recently open stores in the past two months. I really love this store and come here almost every day of the week unless I am out of town. All of the staff is great, and also have a great sense of humor. This store has a drive thru which is quite busy, but I never use it as I prefer my Coffee brewed with the Clover System which takes a little longer but is well worth the wait.

What once was Glenview State Bank, has now revamped into a brand spankin’ new sleek Starbucks, drive-thru included! Not only is this Starbucks location within walking distance from my house, they also decided to open the day before my birthday. Coincidence? I think not. Happy Birthday to ME! It was there way of saying«thank you» to me for spending a fourth of my income at Starbucks. I hear ya, and you are welcome! Located conveniently off Arlington Heights Road, near the intersection of Golf Road and Arlington Heights Road. They share a parking lot with Jewel-Osco and Mobil Gas. I can’t even recognize the bank I use to frequent. The inside space is inviting and the outdoor patio will be nice to take advantage of when the weather is nicer. Being brand new means they have some newbies and some veteran baristas to get the ball rolling. Yes, there is another Starbucks within a mile, but hey, how can they live up to their standard of «a Starbucks on every corner» if they don’t continue opening more locations? We need our PSL’s and we need them now. *Tip: Add Toffee Nut to your PSL. You’re welcome.
