I have seen Dr Vile for years, he is an excellent doctor, very caring. His staff has never ever been rude!

We took 2 of our kids to see Dr. Vile for an eye appointment. We waited for 95 minutes before we saw Dr. Vile. He was in the room for 2 minutes. He put drops in the boy’s eyes and told us to go back into the waiting room for ANOTHER 30 minutes. After 2 hours, we left as we had another child to pick up. The nicest thing I can say about his office staff is that they are incredibly rude and they seemed to take pleasure in our frustration. I would NEVER visit this office again, a complete waste of time. There are plenty of other eye doctors in the area.
