Received the most terrible service this past Christmas Eve(of all days) from a lady behind the counter whose name began with an «A»(can’t recall her exact name). Went in very early that morning to cash in 3 scratch-in lottery tickets. I waited in line like all of the other customers & when my turn came, she took my tickets & put them behind the counter & then proceeded to ring up other customers behind me. I thought, OK, I certainly don’t mind her taking one person that was behind me. After she took 4 customers in a row(without acknowledging me at all) I spoke up & asked when I would be helped. She said that because I was cashing in lottery tickets that other customers took precedence over me. After the other customers left, she told me that her manager instructed her to take paying customers ahead of lottery ticket cash-ins because they require 2 people on duty for that service & she was only there by herself. This was the most annoying, disrespectful customer service experience I have had in a very long time. And it wasn’t like I could just leave, because she took my tickets behind the counter(was she trying to keep them for herself? I don’t know). At any rate, I simply told her that she could have at least told me up front that she was unable to cash in my tickets. The simple lack of courtesy this person had astounded me. Number 1, if you don’t(or can’t) provide customer service, DON’T work in that industry. Number 2, if lottery tickets pose such a problem, then don’t carry them! Simple!!! I will never go in here again. It’s right next door to my workplace but there are two other 7-Elevens within blocks of this one that I would go to first.

Far superior to its sister location by the Ballston metro. Maybe its the newer fixtures, maybe its because they charge what they’re supposed to charge, and I usually score parking somehow.

It’s a 7-Eleven… what is there to really be said? Quick and convenient, especially late nights or coming off of VA Square metro. I prefer this one over the one a block over on Wilson and the other up by Ballston.
