Great locksmith and good prices.
Way better than home depot. Was missing a key code for a vehicle and they got it and cut a key quickly too.

I bought a used car that came with one key with a broken keyring and the missing keyless entry. After an exploration of Wal Mart and Home Depot, and the information that «Blah Blah Blah Suzuki car keys we don’t have anymore» I was directed to A1 Locksmith by another local very honest business (Glacier).
When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk was kind, talkative and made me a new key with no fuss in less than one minute for roughly $ 6 (by the way I am fortunate to not have a transponder key).
Next I asked about a replacement keyless remote and they quickly searched inventory, found a match for my Suzuki, ordered it and told me they would call me on Friday and that they will program it when it arrived. After taking my information they sincerely thanked me, told me they would see me Friday and all this for $ 125 less than many other local businesses quoted me.
I would recommend A1 to anyone and will return if I am ever in need of locksmith services again. Thank you for helping a broke college kid save some cash!

Well, I must change my rating from a 1 star to a 5 star. Businesses make mistakes. It’s how they handle their mistakes that count in my book. A-​1 locksmith really went over the top in making sure that my situation was not only remedied, they made sure that I was completely taken care of.
Nicole called me to make a new appointment for the next day. She was very apologetic and convinced me to give them another try.
Michael gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. He arrived at my home precisely when he told me he would.
I must say, Michael is an excellent locksmith! Not only did he install the new door locks, he took the time to make sure each and every piece was well-​fitted and operated smoothly. I needed a new deadbolt hole cut for one of the doors. He didn’t just slap the new lock in, he took the time to route out the new holes until they were perfect. The new deadbolt lock on the garage door slides in like butter. Some of my doors did not close well before he came. After he was finished, every door closes tightly and locks securely.
Plus, he put each of my old lock sets back together so they would be ready to reinstall if we ever moved. After this experience, I would highly recommend using A-​1 locksmith.

A-​1 must think they are the only locksmith in the metroplex!
I went into the Arlington store yesterday to purchase new residential door locks. Patrick gave me some great advice and spent quite a bit of time explaining the products. Because of his help, I decided to purchase the door locks from him without shopping around.
My install appointment was for today. I waited for the technician who did not show up. I did not receive any calls or emails, either. After waiting an additional thirty minutes after my appointment block time had ended, I called Patrick. He got ahold of dispatch who then called me.
There was no apology, no explanation, and no offer for any type of compensation. All she wanted to do was make me wait an additional three hours for someone who might show up.
I ordered close to $ 1000 worth of hardware for my doors and was shopping for two large and expensive safes. You would think this company would do more to accommodate me as a customer. Oh, well, there are plenty of other businesses that I’m sure will treat me better.
