Absolute Air Park – Indoor Trampoline Park

Showed up today to jump. Website and Unilocal say it’s open. This place is CLOSED! Uncool.

I guess this isn’t really a rate able review but it is now closed and the building is sold. I scheduled some friends to meet there for a pre-​bday party activity and everything was being moved out of the building. They were nice and gave my son a free shirt but it’s hard to explain to a crying 7 year old that we have to find something else to do at the last minute. I wish there had been some info on their website about it. So I guess my review is this is no longer an option here in Arlington.

As Arlington is growing so are the fun and entertaining things for kids and adults alike. Absolute Air park is a fabulous place for the whole family to come to have fun while getting a great work out. Rain or shine if you need a place to go to get your kids off the couch and away from electronics bring them down to jump. You will have a hard time getting them to leave!

Terrible for field trips or camp trips!!. We showed up and they messed up and forgot to book our reservation even though the summer camp had confirmed it!!! Another camp was there instead! They told us to come back in an hour so we took our large group of children to a park to kill time. When we returned they screwed up again! They sent our parents the wrong paperwork waivers to fill out. All the children (like 40 kids) had to be loaded back on the bus and taken back to camp. So sad! All of their little hearts were so broken. They should’ve made an exception since it wasn’t our camp’s fault and we still had paperwork waivers filled out to give.
Oh and another thing is in their «instructional» video that explains the rules to our young campers, it says «Don’t be a jerk!» This word is off limits to my children and we consider it the same as cursing. All of the campers thought it was sooo funny that Absolute air park used the word jerk and starting saying «jerk» out loud and laughing and repeating the word jerk to each other. I think it’s inappropriate for a professional business to put the work jerk in the instructional video. They could’ve said don’t be mean to each other while playing.
Never will return!

My rating is based upon having children 6 and under. We have been to a few of these places and decided to check this one out. My son wasn’t allowed to jump the in main area because he was under 6. They offered a small room with 3 small trampolines called wild child alley. It was really lame. We left and went to Elevated Sportz where he could jump and enjoy a huge play are for kids under 8.

My boyfriend and I too my daughter to Absolute Air Park today. It was awesome. The place is huge, clean, and there was an employee, Andrew who was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time there today and will definitely be back again.

We came here for my son’s 16^th birthday party with 6 friends; and it was perfect. They had so much fun, and the staff was amazing. They took care of absolutely everything, they were SO nice and very accommodating. It was well worth every penny spent! I’m SO glad we did this! I would definitely recommend having a party here.

We really appreciate the Homeschool PE hour on Fridays at 11am. Cost is $ 7 per person. Still pricey when you have multiple kids but an hour here wears them out far more than an hour anywhere else so its all good.
We’ve been here many times and, like the other reviews mention, the customer service is pretty weak. All teenagers who look like they could not be more bored. When its crowded you have to be pretty defensive and watch what you’re doing as little kids tend to run just anywhere regardless if you are there are not. The homeschool times are practically empty so that is nice.
Its always always cold. You don’t mind it so much if you are jumping but if you are waiting around… BRRR!
I’ve tried out their aerobics class which is actually a ton of fun and a great workout (although too expensive, IMO). It was also oddly cliquish which I found really surprising. You do play a interactive game and the other participants were borderline rude to me the times I went. Its not hard stuff… tossing a ball to each other and if you mess up you have to do push ups, etc. Despite me keeping up fine, people would purposely make me miss. It would be kinda funny if they were smiling, teasing, friendly. When they are cold, rude and unsmiling, its just mean! If you go, take a friend. Then you won’t feel like such an outcast.

Update: I’ve checked out the other competitors and find that this place could be a lot more toddler/​family friendly.
1. You have to pay $$$ to be on the trampolines to watch your small child.
I also agree with another Unilocaler: staff seems to be checking their phones and not watching other bigger kids well. A tween nearly ran over my 2 year old and a staff member said nothing and/​or did not notice, though just a few feet away.
Other places have color coded zones for under 6.
2. Pricing one hour is the standard and it leaves my kiddos wanting a longer amount of time but no discount is applied if you get it after an hour.
3. The concrete floor is FREEZING. Barefoot or tennis shoes only. My slip on work shoes where vetoed at the door. (Other places you can purchase non slip socks)

My kids have had a great time when they have gone here. It is a bit on the pricey side when you have multiple kids that you are paying for.

My children love this place. My sons’ boy scout troop has had several outings to this location and the staff has always been wonderful working with the large group. As a homeschooler, we appreciate that the staff will play dodgeball with my sons when we are the only ones in the place. They have also opened up Wild Child Alley so my 5 year old could use it when I was unable to jump with her due to an injury. The staff has always been wonderful.

We bought a Groupon deal earlier this year for 50% off. Sadly, we were only able to use 2 of those 5 hours since we misplaced the punch card and they would NOT honor what we bought even though we were already in their system. They weren’t rude or anything but it was still a big bummer!
That was our fault and they weren’t rude about it or anything but I still felt something could have been done. I was even willing to bring in the original Groupon to prove we had purchased it but I suppose there is no real way to tell if I were lying or not.
Anyway, it’s an amazing work out and a great thing to do with your kids on a cruddy weather day. Our son LOVED the dodgeball and really just wanted to do that the entire time. He was worn out, sweaty & happy when we left.
For the parents who choose NOT to jump with the kids, there are tables upstairs that allow you full view to your kids and plenty of space to snap some great aerial shots.
Overall a good time & value. We will be back for sure!

Good clean fun — I brought four 10 year olds here. I felt it was fun and a good choice on how I spent this money.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
My biggest disappointment is that the staff was completely incompetent, caring more about (and by that I mean rudely rolling their eyes at me and pointing out) the fact that my shoes weren’t proper athletic shoes and I had to remove them, rather than when my nephew sprained his ankle.
Truthfully, the two texting (yes! TEXTING) girl employees didn’t seem to pay any attention to any of the children’s injuries, as there were multiple children getting hurt.
I guess my shoes were just way more important.

ABSOLUTE DISAPOINTMENT AIR PARK!!!
WAY OVER PRICED!!! VERY SMALL PLACE INSIDE. Each jumping section is pretty small & no seperate section that we found for the toddlers, My 4 year old niece could not jump after 2 pm with the rest of us and had to go into a small room with one little bouncy house and two small trampolines. The people here did not pay attention to what they were doing. Repeatedly jumping into kids as they were going from one spot to another without paying attention to who was in the way of where they wanted to go. Almost all the games in the small game room are out of order. No café to get anything to eat. A few drink vending machines, ice cream snacks were for sale at the front counter. There was one drinking fountain in the front lobby. The one «snack» vending machine was out of order. Could not wear your socks, had to go barefoot. The floor is concrete and very cold. My feet were freezing the entire time we were there. I don’t know about other people, but when my feet get cold it takes a very long time for me to warm back up.
WILL NEVER COME BACK! NEXT TIME I WILL GO THE EXTRA DISTANCE TO SKY HIGH IN BELLEVUE! THEY BLOW THIS PLACE AWAY! Feel like I wasted my money coming here.
