the massage room is GROSS, torn chair, smelled bad, music from her cell phone, no scents used… therapist had no personality, do not use this place, even with the GROUPON coupon, its not worth it

I want to start with: I never expect amazing massages when I go to places that aren’t specifically massage places. But this place…
1) I enjoyed the massage… On the back half of my body. I kept anticipating her asking me to turn over, but she never did. Anytime you’re waiting for something specific during a massage (at least for me), it brings anxiety.
2) Cell phones in the massage room are completely unprofessional (for so many reasons). She looked at hers five different times. Her phone vibrated during the massage, and at the end a lovely timer went off nice and loud.
3) The atmosphere: music would have been better for a wedding. Two songs played (using her phone) over and over and over again. About half way through, the AC clicked on– which feels awesome when you are completely covered in lotion. There was banging and talking outside of the room.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it at full price. However, for $ 29 that I think I paid for the Groupon… It was sufficient.

I had a groupon for a massage. The sheets were paper thin, rough as sandpaper and terribly stained. The room was cluttered and messy and the music was from the speaker from her iPhone so had that annoying tinny sound. The massage was just okay but she spent a great amount of time rubbing the sides of my neck near the SCM muscle. That is also near all the lymph nodes in your neck and your tonsils and now I have a sore throat! Unfortunately, I bought 3 massages. I think I am going to count my losses and not go back for the other two.
