I dont know why their are so much one stars. Me and my husband came here for the first time earlier this week with some friends and we got delivery. Staff was nice and friendly. Delivery came earlier then expected. I’m not complaining haha It was nice and quite.(hint for those who are in the military 20% off) food was really good better then pizza hut and papa johns in my opinion. Me and my husband will be back before we leave Washington!

I rated with 3⁄1 stars because I still enjoy Alfys Pizzas even after 20+ years of frequenting the Arlington and Marysville. In saying that, this review is directed to their Arl/Sm.Point restaurant as I haven’t been to Marysville’s in a long time. I deducted strictly due to their latest history of poor customer service. Starting with their order taking via the phone. The last 4 times I have called in for a pickup I sat on hold for 9 – 14 minutes after asking me to hold. Frustrating that no one even came back on the line to check on me until they finally picked up to take my order. Once I do get to order, I have found that the time they say it will be ready for pickup, it isn’t. A few min I wouldn’t mind, but I waited over 25 min after I arrived just last weekend to pickup dinner. I am a half mile out of their delivery zone(they just won’t budge) so my only option is to dine in or out. I am never given any explanation for the wait and the staff seems slightly cold, unhelpful, and rarely do they make eye contact while you wait longer than promised. I do expect acknowledgemet at the very least, even if they are still somewhat«small town». The pizza in my opinion is still the best in the area compared to similar local eateries so I will continue to go to them for now. I do hope that they read their reviews and will consider hiring more service friendly employees as some are the face of Alfy’s(front staff) that should cater to the patrons needs far more than current staff. Especially since other less loyal customers may not be as forgiving as I have been. Get it together Alfy’s, treatment of your«cash flow» should be taken more seriously. 3 for the pies, 1⁄5 for service since I do get my food eventually.

They have trouble adding all the toppings for you on the pizzas as they advertise. When you bring this to their attention they don’t want to make it right. Even the corporate office won’t return calls. Take your money elsewhere.

Would give it less than 1 star if I had an option lousy service long lines not enough employees. How to go across the street to Little Caesars to get a better price and better service so sad you should be a good place to eat

I am a huge fan of Alfys pizza. I grew up in WA and Alfys was a staple in my childhood. Whenever I visit I tend to go to this one particularly. Staff is friendly, the place is clean and the pizza is ALWAYS good!

I think all the one star reviews are actually pretty surprising. I have eaten here a few times and had their pizza delivered as well. I will say… it isn’t anything fancy, but it is your pretty typical dine-in pizza place. The pizza tastes good and the service is fine(we have never had a problem). The restaurant interior is very big so it could accommodate larger groups, kids birthday parties, or sports teams after a game. I can’t speak for the quality of their games in the game room. For those who say it is way too expensive… yes, if you pay full price, it can be a little pricier than some places. But the great thing is, you never have to pay full price! They accept any competitor’s coupons, so, for example, tonight my husband and I shared a large pizza at Alfy’s for only $ 7.99 thanks to a coupon for Papa John’s. It is pretty easy to find deals(here, or anywhere else for that matter if you just look a little bit for them). All in all, Alfy’s is pretty average. Good food but nothing out of the ordinary. I definitely give it more than one star!

Pizza was good and had quick service. Pretty expensive at alfys. Salad bar was… Eh. But overall a good place for lunch for two. Its a good place to waste time on a Saturday afternoon.

This place is the meeting place for all end of season sports for kids. The inside is definitely not set up for kids unless you bring your own entertainment. The game room is full of old unreliable games. One game took my sons money, i went up front to get taken care of. I was told no refund but they will reset game when they get caught up. I waited for ten minutes, then asked how long. I was told they have to call in the video game people. The staff did not care. I told them to keep it. That place sucks. Expensive and no entertainment value for the kids. Will never go back.

Very terribly overpriced! I just ordered a large pizza, nothing special added to the order except extra cheese. The grand total came to $ 15.69 and I was told that is half-price since it is before 2:00. Really? So normally, a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese would cost me over $ 31 !? Too rich for me! If this was some swanky Italian restaurant on the Eastside the price might be justified, but really — Alfy’s of Arlington? The taste test: no better than Pizza Hut or anyplace else! In addition… During the wait I witnessed 2 patrons complaining that their pizza was not made as ordered. Oh brother! It’s a wonder this place is still in business.

NOT good pizza. The crust is chewy, the cheese sucks, and the toppings are skimpy! After ordering a meatlovers type of pizza 3 – 4 pieces of the pizza had one or no pieces of meat and was simply a cheese pizza. We called and were told we would have to send back the whole pizza if we wanted our money back. Any other pizza place in town will have better quality pizza and customer service.

If I could give a negative review I would. This place screwed up our order, delivered the wrong pizzas to us then came back and handed us two pizzas that the toppings were more on the box than on the pizzas themselves. When we called to tell them about the situations they informed us that we would instantly get $ 5 off of our next order… fat chance. I don’t think I will ever get pizza from this or ANYOTHERALFY’S ever again.
