Our office recently went from Verizon to this company… I wish we hadn’t. First of all, when the reps showed up for the«presentation» they seemed unknowledgable and every demonstration they ATTEMPTED fell through. After our office administrator had decided to move forward with this company the REPS showed up again… without the actual phones we would be switching to but instead a POWERPOINT. They were untruthful about how we would need to operate them, basically telling us what we wanted to hear. We were told it would take 50 min(at each office) for the installation of the phones… it took from 10am to after 5pm and there were ISSUES for 2 weeks that are still continuing. The company has YET to show their faces and/or call us to see how everything is working out. Instead it has been US calling THEM with our complaints and getting the run around.(Similar to that insurance commercial with«PEGGY»…) I don’t know the basics since my specialty is not in IT. HOWEVER I do know, that our offices share a server… this company controls that, our internet and our phones. We are CONSTANTLY having DROPPEDPHONECALLS, or phone calls where the sound is ABSOLUTELYTERRIBLE/STATIC ANDECHOES. It boots us out(loses connection) of Our datebase, which results in us losing our ability to go on the internet, fax or RECEIVEPHONESCALLS. I have nothing good to say about this company. They are unprofessional, unresponsive and lack good(actually…ANY) customer service. The phones look fancy but are junk and I could have faster internet if I used some string and some cans.
