I will hire them again that is for sure. price was good service was prompt no waiting for weeks they was there the next day and they removed all the debree from my yard.

Tree Eagles put a flyer on the door of the house my daughter just purchased. We had to have a tree removed that was leaning against the house. John Simpson was quick to call us back and offered us a good quote to cut the tree down, cut it up, and stack it in the back yard. He showed up as promised and started cutting the tree down. Then he offered us another deal to trim the other trees and haul everything off we needed hauled off. He said he needed us to pay him up front so he could pay his people. He had started cutting the main tree down so we thought he would finish so we paid him. Well… that was our mistake. He then picked up jobs around the neighborhood and abandoned the trailer he was loading with the brush and hasn’t been back. He committed 5 times to show up on certain days and never showed up. I told him I didn’t want to have to pursue legal action but if he couldn’t give us our money back or finish the job he would leave us no option. He then become horrible to deal with. He hasn’t finished cutting down the tree in the front which was the first thing we paid him for. His add says we trim your trees… not your wallets. Well… that is a lie. And I’m wondering if he and his wife are in a scam because she is the one who took our credit card information so when we contacted her she said he left and cleaned out their accounts. I’m thinking she does this all this time and people probably just cut their losses. We plan on pursuing getting our money back by filing a claim in the courts but I wanted to make sure we put out this information so maybe the next person will not take a risk with this company. They trim your wallet… not your trees.
