Arlington Carpet Cleaning VA

I am so disappointed to feel compelled to write this review, as I had really high hopes for this experience! When I called, they answered right away, were so friendly and pleasant, and were able to schedule an appointment two days later — quoting me what I thought was a GREAT price to clean a love seat ($ 69). I was thrilled; unfortunately, it was downhill from there. The day before the appointment, I got an unintelligible voicemail from someone (Greg?), not identifying themselves as being from Arlington Carpet Cleaning but from some other company, confirming the appointment. Strange, but okay. The appointment window was 12 – 2, and Josh from USA Clean Master (now company #3 involved) showed up at 2:15. After telling me that «dry cleaning» (vs. wet?) will do a better job and would be recommended, the price went from $ 69 to $ 125. Again, not thrilled to spend 75%+ more, but I wanted to trust their/​his expertise so I agreed. 30 minutes later and my love seat — literally — does not look ANY CLEANER. It still has all the grit and marks that I intended to have cleaned. Josh claimed they wouldn’t come out (I’m telling you — they are regular, everyday grime — NOT stains or dyes — like if you threw it in the wash, it’d be good as new). He did say, «Well, it’s fresher.» Yes … but something I could have achieved using some Fabreeze. So now I’m left with the same dirty love seat and a HORRIBLE chemical smell, which at 38-​weeks pregnant and the love seat in the baby’s room, is not the experience I expected or, frankly, paid for. Lesson learned.

Richard was awesome! I spilled OPI red nail polish (as bad as it gets) all over my white bedroom carpet. I thought that I was going to have to pay a lot to patch or replace the whole carpet. I was able to get a last minute Sunday appointment and when Richard came he assessed the stain and was able to give me a variety of options. We were able to decide on something that was a good balance between price and results. The carpet was as good as new within an hour. It was obvious that Richard knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. I really appreciate the professionalism and dedication and I would DEFINITELY recommend this service to anyone that needs an impossible stain removed!

Dan and Kyle were fantastic! They did an amazing job on lots of stains for a reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and the carpet looks great.
