I would just like to see a competent doctor who will check everything and help me find the cause of my symptoms, but she could not diagnose the cause of my symptoms and don’t seem to care to try to find them either. In addition, the office charged $ 518 for my 30 min consult, I think that’s very very overpriced for what they did for me. Must be nice for them, I get the feeling all they care about is getting paid, and not the patients.

Dr Bach may have the credentials but she is rude, doesn’t engage with patients, and doesn’t follow through with getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Her staff is rude and I also received a letter in the mail stating that I a condition that was never addressed when meeting with the Dr. If you truly want to get medical advice and help then go elsewhere because you won’t get it here. I have danced around the issue with them for 4.5 months and still I am nowhere. There are plenty of options so find one of them instead.

I can’t write a review about the doctor because I never actually got to see her. I arrived on-time my appt. at 9 a.m., watched as countless other patients arrived, went to see the doctor and left, while I was left waiting. At first, I thought this was the standard«wait forever to see the doctor» syndrome, but then, after 30 minutes had passed, I got up to ask what the issue was. No one knew … I(along with my parents who were with me) were just told repeatedly to sit down and please wait. The people at the reception area were pleasant but had no answer, and seemed confused themselves. After waiting another 15 minutes for some explanation or an answer, the manager came out and finally admitted that they had made a mistake and pushed other appointments ahead of mine. I was told my only option was to reschedule or to wait a couple more hours until the doctor would be free. No thanks! I didn’t wait an hour to be rushed for a 10 minute consultation, and then charged for it! My parents and I also wasted several hours of commute time and work hours while waiting for this. I wonder why it’s OK for the doctors to keep patients waiting, but if I had showed up late or not at all, I would’ve been made to pay a $ 100+ fine. The manager did pay for our parking vouchers and I was reimbursed for the copay, but bad experiences leave a bad taste in your mouth, and I will not be returning.
