Bei Capelli Salon & Spa

My first I was impressed I did what I was told to do. I made a appointment three weeks ago get there and was closed. So I called my beautician and was told that they had problems with the plumbing. I understood that made another appointment. Went the next week closed again. So I called aspen. Same thing. So he said he could get that Saturday night at eleven he cancelled that appointment. So he text me that Sunday saying he was at the shop. I told him I couldn’t make it. I could in today. I went today and he wasn’t there. It doesn’t take that long to get your hair washed and deep condition. One hour in a half for that. I got there at two thirty. thirty minutes ahead of my of my appoint and I left at for and had to pay $ 15 for getting my hair washed. For what I didn’t get what I came there for. I wouldn’t go back no more. I hope they improve their services. Because if you want to get messed over that is the place to go. I can’t do it. I will never go back priorities is not right

I walked in at 5 for a pedicure and didn’t leave until 7 if that tells you anything. The guy who did my toes I’m pretty sure wasn’t even licensed to touch feet. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! They are extremely nice here, but you will get the worst pedicure of your life and let me mention that I paid 35.00 for the damned thing (without tip) thats the price of a deluxe at most other salons. Will never go back.

What an awesome experience! From the moment came through the door, I was welcomed like a member of the family. Very bright, clean, cheerful and professional atmosphere — even the other clients were friendly and welcoming. The total feel was like a neighborhood gathering where we also just happened to be getting our hair done.
Aspin did a great job, examined my hair, discussed what I wanted, and delivered exactly what I had hoped for. He actually heard me when I specified no additives or sprays. That seldom happens! As he worked with me, he was also working with another woman, whose hair and style required long periods of rest and setting … So I was able to watch his skill with different kinds of hair — which was impressive.
I rarely feel so comfortable with a new shop or new stylist. Definitely 5 stars.
This is a «new» shop — replacing one that had closed. Their official grand opening is November 7, 2014. If their other stylists and technicians are as skilled as Aspin — this shop will be a huge success.
I’m definitely a new regular and glad to have «discovered» them early!

I have been to Bei Capelli twice and have been very impressed both times. The service is great and friendly. The salon is off Green Oaks and Forestwood in North Arlington. It’s at the top of the hill, next to Clicks.
I have finally found a place that will take the time to ask how exactly I want my hair cut and actually do it. Angie has been great. She’s very meticulous and will get the style down perfect. I even decided to trust her with having my eyebrows shaped and for me to do that says alot. They look great. Thanks Angie, I’ll definitely keep coming back.
