I wish I could find anything nice to write about this company but this was simply the worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 8 blinds from Kim and all 8 did not work. Then she wouldn’t return phone calls, emails, or take any responsibility. She refused to fix or exchange them and would not return our money. This «company» (person) is a scam that stole my money and left me with a bunch of broken blinds that won’t go up or down. Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else!
