Great service from the entire staff. My family and I arrived to a welcoming staff at Canales Furniture. Cortney was extremely helpful in selecting best mattress for our needs. He had answers to every question and bent over backwards to accommodate delivery that fit with our schedules. Highly recommend and will be outfitting our new home with brand new furniture from Canales when we move in January.

Ordered furniture June 26. Sectional, end table, dresser, rug. Told would be delivered June 30. Get a call that night that the couch and end table have to be ordered so it will be 2 weeks(July 10) unless I choose to order different ones. I say no I will wait 2 weeks but deliver the dresser June 30. Wait all day June 30; call and ask what happened; Jair says he «misunderstood and scheduled everything to come together, which is June 10 – 15; making it convenient for the company, NOT the customer. I say«no 2 weeks is June 10. I would have never agreed because June 15 I am out of the country. He says well that is what it was scheduled. June 14 I received a message saying we will be delivering tomorrow. the end table is still not here but the rest is. I tell them I am in Panama; call my husband and work around his schedule cause he has to leave to work by 1pm. They call me even though I text him NOT to contact me instead my husband, so I’m charged $.20 per minute. Promise they will be there by 1:30. He calls to work informing he will be an hour late. He waited till 2:10; they called at 2:52 informing they were there. In the end we didn’t get the furniture till the 17. My husband was late to work AGAIN. We still have not received the end table we ordered. Still have not received a call about the table or an apology. Make sure you have free time cause obviously they only care about what is convenient to them.
