Cedar Bend Apartments

NO WAY! This crap hole has given me the most hassle ever. I had problems the whole time I lived there and now even many months later. This place has mold, constant break-​ins, shady neighbors, appliances always breaking, and the management is the WORST. You have to go over the manager’s head to ever get something done. The kitchen cabinets were not fastened well at all. It is a FAR OFF compliment to say there was craftsmanship here. The management is always trying to make extra money for this and that. They will intentionally lose paperwork or say we didn’t say that. We were promised new carpeting before we moved in and never got it. There was blood next to our bathroom sink. The maintenance left our bathroom covered with glue all over. Our hall light didn’t work forever. I put in a work order for new railings in our stairwell and they weren’t replaced for weeks. I fell down these stairs. The maintenance guy lived next door to us and was always making tons of noise. Our very first night was a nightmare. Fridge was squealing and the next door neighbor was just whacking away at something. These apartments are way overpriced, there are way cheaper and nicer apartments in the area. I am not sure who would want to live in N. Arlington in the first place
