ZEROSTARS! If you even look at this place you should be ashamed. To give money to these homophobic religious nuts is moronic. Limp chicken, hamburger roll and a pickle slice? Really? Go someplace owned by a hard working family of human beings. There are hundreds in this area.

Best and freshest chicken sandwich I ever had in my entire life. Also the best service ever. Omg. I am shocked. I. Never thought I could return to chic fila… better yet enjoy the mean. Amazing

Most Chick-fil-A’s sport quality service, and this is no exception. While it lacks some of the«southern charm» due to the extremely busy lunch hour, this location is exceptional at handling a large amount of orders very quickly. Even better than the service is the excellent location. Downtown Crystal City is one of the best lunch-hour destinations I’ve ever been to. Take your food to go and cross the street for an amazing outdoor fountain & lounge area.

1. Don’t be impatient about the long line during lunch. They move fast As far as everything else the staff are friendly and the food is always delicious. If you’re reading this; I’d love for you all to get the cheese dipping sauce like in Woodbridge :)

Everyone knows this place is known for their incredible customer service, however, the cashiers at this particular location have always been extremely kind and helpful. They always ask if you want any sauces without you having to ask first. The person that gives you your order is always polite and never fails to ask if you have everything you needed. This location is always super clean but there’s always a line. The outdoor seating is really nice when there’s nice weather. I live right down the street so this location is super convenient. Oh, and I forgot to add the food is delicious as well.

Amazing food, friendly staff, and always a great experience. The owner, George, and his team are all terrific! If you want good food and great service, this is your place! Chick-Fil-A’s are always great, but this location has impressed me most.

I. Love. Chick-Fil-A! There are few things I like more than a crispy fried chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Omg… the waffle fries. We usually end up going back and ordering more because they are sooooo good. This location is quite nice. We come here about once a month and the staff is ALWAYS super helpful and kind(which is the norm for Chick-fil-A, but refreshing nonetheless). Staff is always attentive to our needs with little kiddos(getting us a highchair before we even ask), and the restaurant is always clean. With our frequent visits, we’ve never had a long wait, even though this location is definitely pretty popular and can get busy in the evenings. Once or twice we’ve had an order mix-up, but other than that nothing but stellar service and food. It’s certainly not healthy, but it makes for a nice treat once in a while!

Convenient location and great food but there is never any parking and they really need to have a drive through.

I discovered I really like Chick-fil-A… I don’t agree with their CEO’s thoughts on homosexuality but… I like their chicken. With that said, it does hurt me a little when I eat there. I really am impressed with their chicken — it just taste different from other chicken places — I can’t really describe it. It’s super flavorful, juicy, buttery, and delicious. Comes with waffle fries so they’re definitely a step up from regular fries. I think the prices are pretty reasonable. I also like their dining rooms, they make them up out to be just a bit nicer than a typical fast food place. They decorate it with glasses of lemons or balloons for the holidays and little vases of flowers on the tables, etc. I like the waitresses that come around and ask you if you want a refill or take away your trays. See, just a step up from a regular fast food place. Oh, and I love love loveeeeeeeeee their Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. I ask for handfuls of them every time I go. Too bad they don’t sell them. Omg, I put that sauce on all sorts of chicken and fries. SO good!

Honestly, this place has good chicken. But I’m not sure I understand the awe inspiring appeal that comes about when Chik-fil-la is mentioned. The waffle fries were solid, but not super flavorful. This particular location was efficient and clean(basically what I look for at chain restaurants, since everything else is standard). If I’m in the mood for chicken and near a Chik-fil-a id return; not sure I’d go out of my way.

This Chik Fil A location is set back in Crystal city, and I’m sure it gets a ton of traffic during lunch time, but that’s only a guess. I’ve been able to slip in here for a few dinners when I was looking for something different. The inside dining room is much bigger than you’d expect from the outside. If you’re ever interested in sitting outside and watching the tourists /traffic /Raegan Airport, this is a great place to enjoy a fried chicken sandwich and do just that. It is consistant with the great customer service you can get at other Chik Fil a stores, and the food is about the same.

What more is there to say… about a Chick-fil-A?! You would have to be living underneath a rock… No, forget that… the Grand Canyons if you don’t know about it… at least on the east coast. The food is always made fresh, prepared with quality-real ingredients and the customer service is always far above par. This location falls right in-line with all the above. As a former Chick-fil-A employee while in high school and college scholarship recipient, I can attest that everything about this company is true to its word and the food is solid! Also, being from Georgia, where Chick-fil-A all started, I consider myself spoiled by the brand and know it well. I can remember many days of stuffing my face with tons of sandwich’s, nuggets, and fresh pies baked fresh by hand… by lady seniors who were retired and worked the early morning hours before the store would open. Due to being in school, I only worked part-time mainly on weekends and during some weekday evenings. But man… I used to beg to work an early shift with those old ladies because they would always spoil you to death… with all the goodies they were making. It was like having extra paternal grandparents all in one… teaching you good values, how to cook… and most of all what good eating was! It was a treat for sure and the food is still as I remembered it back then…“the BOMB!” There is just something about that juicy, tender… super seasoned, crispy breast fillet… on a hot toasted buttered bun… with two slices of pickles… that just sets my taste buds off! This location continues with representing the brand’s simple presentation and food in the same manner… just as I can recall it from working there. The customer service is outstanding too. The #1 Meal: Chick-fil-A Deluxe w/Waffle Fries and the Fresh Squeezed Lemonade… is my go to and favorite! The food is always great… served hot, with no long wait times. And, most of all, the chicken sandwiches kick A@%! When it comes to finding great fast food… somewhat on the healthy tip… if you don’t always include a lemonade, brownie & ice cream like I do… this is it! Honorable Mention: The bathrooms are always so hotel impeccable-clean. Extra plus for a fast food spot! Also, for someone who is OCD and must always wash their hands before eating anywhere… like me! :)

I’m always a fan of Chick-Fil-A– their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and waffle fries? Yes, please! This particular location is very popular and always a line for lunch especially during the week. However, one thing that sticks out about this location is how efficient they are. No matter how long the line, it moves very quickly and the staff still remain super friendly and warm. There’s also tons of seating so you should be able to find a seat. It’s also very clean!

Fried food just ain’t my thing any more. I do adore their days when there’s a dress up(or down) like a cow and they hand out free food to those that partake. The staff gets into it and customers are so creative.

God do I love chic fila! Recently went to this location in crystal city for the first time, it’s the closest location to Alexandria. Service is extremely fast and the staff is helpful. Food is on par for any chic fila location. Parking is a little tough but there’s a garage near by which was free for me but I think you pay over an hour. eat more chicken

The service here is outstanding. We have come here fifteen minutes before closing on a weekday as well as weekend. The manager was literally walking around after closing asking if everyone s food was good and if we needed anything! His smile was genuine as was his concerns! What a great manager. I didn’t get his name but he was Caucasian(hopefully it narrows it down somewhat lol) The location is very close to a parking garage as well as plenty of street parking. It is located in the heart of downtown Arlington area very close to the airport. The store is very clean and the food is always very fresh and tasty. I know for a fact we will be returning to this store. Hopefully this location gets the recognition it deserves for their outstanding customer service.

All Chick Fil A’s are the same as far as good quality. Great chicken, Fresh cut waffle fries and speedy service. However, what separates this place apart is the service from their employees. They are so friendly and honestly look happy to work there. They’re always smiling, joking with either other and doing a great job. I frequent this particular location at least once a week and even more when I get Wizards tickets and the opponent misses 2 free throws in the 4th quarter. That’s the best deal ever. Parking is tough as street parking is really the only option. I have seen people put their 4 ways up in front while somebody waits in the car though.

I came to this location to try out the new frosted lemonade. For those who may be unaware, this«refreshing treat combines two of the fast food restaurant’s most beloved offerings, fresh-squeezed lemonade and its signature Icedream,» as described by the company’s website. I’m usually not a big fan of lemonade, nor have I ever had Chick-fil-A’s lemonade before, but I was pleasantly surprised — the frosted lemonade was actually quite tasty! It had a perfect balance of tangy and sweet, and the consistency was not too thick so it was easy to drink. Regarding this location in particular, be warned — on weekdays it is super busy during lunch hour! So come before 12 or after 2 if you can. When I was here at 1PM, the line was out the door! Service was quick and friendly — special shout out to Devin for being awesome!

This is literally the best fast food place I’ve ever seen. They serve good food, they serve it quickly, and they are probably the nicest I’ve ever seen a staff be. Seriously, the managers here deserve an award, this place is awesome. While I love Chic-fil-a food, I cannot stand their weird religious stance as a corporation. I really don’t want to support people who believe in ghosts and use it to justify things that they do. But the food and service are so great here that I just put my annoyances aside and enjoy myself. My favorite items are the milk shakes, lemonade, and the chicken strips. They used to have awesome pie and brownies. Top tip: you can order online and bypass the line. However, I haven’t figured out how to do it. I have seen many other people do online ordering however so it’s just me who doesn’t get it.(On the webpage it kept sending me to catering, which required 24 hours to turn around…) I have also noticed that this location sponsors everything in the community. I’m really impressed at how many fundraisers they get behind. I know about this because every time I drop in, the managers are meeting with the board of one club or another. Like, literally every single time! I wish every business would put in effort like this. I’m not saying they are just giving out money – they aren’t – but they are providing just enough incentives to clubs, or providing a location for them, that allows the clubs to get events going. I’m really impressed by this. So even if I find this chain to be oppressive with their weird religious fanatical viewpoints, the use of positive aspects of that viewpoint to build the community is something that is good for everyone. Sorry about the religious side-bars here, but I think it’s relevant. I avoided this place based on their politics, but I found a way to appreciate them and enjoy the positive aspects of what they offer and do. I hope you will do the same.
