I used CMANTIX 10 months ago to write a resume. The writing was great. I did have to wait long periods between rewrites and corrections. I even offered to pay more money (because the Unilocal deal was insanely cheap) to act a little faster. She didn’t accept it. She (I apologize because I don’t have her name) apologized on several occasions saying we keep missing each other. We never missed, she just didn’t respond until she was ready to respond.
Like I stated above, I was extremely happy with the finished product. From start to finish, the process took about 6 weeks.

In June I was in dire need of a serious update to my resume and cover letter. Not that I was looking for a new job but my Communications Director had asked for it so he could update our company profiles. I was totally looking like a fool when I gave him the complete disaster that was my resume.
From there I got to the web and started looking for someone I could email it, update it and hand it back to my C.D. Much to my surprise it was easier than that but more interactive. CMantix was very personal and asked the questions needed to help me have a proper cover letter and resume.
I wasn’t bounced around to 3 different people I dealt with one person and he was prompt and honest. He never promised something that wasn’t delivered.
When I finished and was satisfied after 3 revisions I was proud to hand it back. My company is working with CMantix on a website edit now after seeing the quality of work on my personal resume.
