Terrible, terrible service. I went in for an appointment and they were not ready told me to come back. I came back but never heard results. I called and they said doctor ‘recieved early this week, but hasn’t reviewed. We’ll call you next week.’ That was last week. Still have heard NOTHING. Just terrible all around. One time I went and and stood at desk for 15 minutes as Doctor and his staff met in front of me with someone selling them life insurance as an investment option.

Called to schedule a pap and pelvic exam. I made that very clear once the receptionist answered the phone (who by the way sounded shady as if he knew nothing about about the office hours, doctors, etc.). I was asked repetitively what time I’d like to visit for the pap/​pelvic exam. I was offered to choose from 8:00 am; 8:15 am or noon. The receptionist then advised «I think the doctor will be in at that time.» I elected 8:00 am; then the receptionist asked me to verify my date of birth; provide my insurance; I asked if they accepted Cigna. The receptionist placed me on hold and came back online to say «yes, we accept Cigna.». I then proceeded to secure the 8:00 am appointment. Lastly, the receptionist responded — «oh, wait, we don’t offer pap/​pelvic.» I glanced at the phone in astonishment. Did I call into a mental institution with one of the escaped patients posing as a receptionist? This place is horrible. I asked the receptionist if they were familiar with procedures provided by the medial facility. The receptionist responded, «I’m only a medical assistant filling in temporarily.» I advised the receptionist to acquire a cheat sheet of services to post by the phone to advise callers what procedures they offer and which insurances were accepted. Oh, wait, I forgot to remind the receptionist to jot down the office hours. This rating does not deserve ONE star, but I had to choose something. If you care for your health and don’t mind trusting your health in the hands of these idiots, by all means use this facility. But if you have any common sense after reading these reviews and do not have time to waste on inexperienced medical facilities, avoid this place like it’s the plague. Seek professional medical assistance elsewhere.

I’m actually writing this as I wait, 45 minutes after my appointment was supposed to be, to be seen. This was after the appt I originally made was cancelled by the receptionist. Apparently a 1 – 2 hour wait is considered acceptable here. You’ve been warned — I’ll be looking for another doctor.

This is the worst medical assistance one can get in U.S.A. The doctor hardly speaks about the diagnosis. I went with swollen lymph nodes which he thought to tell me in the second visit when it became serious. I had diarrhea after eating his prescribed medicine. He took my blood test and I am still waiting for my report after 4 days. I had diarrhea and medicine reaction which was taken care by Alexandria immediate care. Please avoid this private practice.
