These guys are GREAT! I was referred here by a friend who has used them a few times before for repair on his laptop. On Saturday, I brought my HP Laptop in for service and they called me for pickup on Tuesday. I picked it up on Wednesday and it was as good as new. They even gave it a good wipe down, or as they say, knocked the dust off.
This is a very PROFESSIONAL, no-​nonsense store with VERY REASONABLE PRICES. I would return for service related to any computer related issues.
Bob and Joe are very trust worthy and knowledgeable. No sales talk or «blowing smoke». The benefits of choosing this location are too many to mention.

My Sony Vaio crashed and my printer kept jamming so I decided to take it to this place for repair, since Best Buy wants to suck my pockets dry for repairs. The customer service was great and the prices were phenomenal! I’m so happy with this place and will go to again for any future repairs and purchases. :)

They fixed my computer after the hardware crashed and they were able to restore my files. They got the job done and were great regarding customer service. The only thing that gives me heartburn about this place are the prices. The cost to repair my computer was 55% of my computers retail value. Not sure if I would have been better off just buying another computer.

Terrible. DO NOT GO.
I took my desktop in and the technician didn’t have a clue what he was doing. They didn’t have the connector to connect a monitor so I had to go home to get it. When I came back… my desktop was half torn apart and (being and Electrical Engineer) it was clear to me that he was way in over his head. I took my computer back on the spot.
The place was a dump and the service was terrible.
Look elsewhere.
