Concentra Urgent Care

concentra is Garbage. The X-​ray tech has a nasty attitude toward injured workers. The girls at the front desk are complete idiots and it is like talking to rocks. Injured workers will not get a fair workers comp evaluation from the Scum of the earth doctors like that racist piece crap charles ross. ross did not order and MRI for me and this possibly caused scarred tissue in my knee. ross set my MMI to zero causing unbelievable financial stress while I am recovering from work injury.

I called this office and they answered and immediately me put me on hold without even aknowledging me. I would never go there again or call.

What a pleasant surprise!
I needed my annual TB test for work, and I went to the Concentra location in Fort Worth on Forest Park, where I’ve gotten TB tests in the past. The Ft Worth location is busy, crowded, dark, hot and feels outdated, and they didn’t have serum for the test I needed. What?!
I called ahead to this location and was told they could test me. Needless to say, my expectations were pretty low based on my previous Concentra experiences. Was I ever wrong! This facility is beautiful and clean! The staff was friendly and efficient. I waited less than ten minutes in the lobby (it was after 7:00pm, so there were only a couple other people waiting). The technician was lovely and offered me a bottle of cold water when she saw I got a little queasy from the test.
When I returned in two days to have my results signed off, I waited for less than 5 minutes!
I live more than 20 miles away, so this would not necessarily be a good solution for me in a truly urgent situation. But I would highly recommend Concentra Arlington to anyone in the neighborhood, and I will likely return next year for my work screenings.

Poor service. On hold forever and they are not well trained.
Concentra is expensive and rude.
It is better to go to the small one Dr minor clinics than the chains like Carenow and Concentra.
They small independents normally offer complimentary follow-​up.
