Amazing food, clean, great atmosphere! From the moment you come in and are greeted to when you’re out the door, the staff care and make sure you’re taken care of.

Excellent breakfast! I had the Spanish frittata and it was perfect! The fresh fruit bowl was a disappointment however and seemed to be fresh frozen fruit! Biscuit was great but the gravy was bland so I put jelly on it without butter since there was no butter on the table. My wife’s eggs were over easy and cooked perfect as were her hash browns and bacon but she passed on the gravy also. Bottom line is it was very good and we will be back to try other items on the menu.(Pancakes looked great!)

My boyfriend and I are weekly regulars at Division Street Diner! Our usual waitress, Melissa, is always friendly and thoughtful. When we came in for Sunday brunch last week, she remembered that we really enjoyed the chocolate cake, and offered to bring us one of the last two slices before it was gone. The food is delicious and the owners are very friendly! We will continue to visit this diner regularly. :)

Work brings me to the Metroplex quite often. Every time I’m in town, I have to stop by Division Street Diner for breakfast. The food and service has always been exceptional and keeps me coming back. Can’t wait to make it back to the Diner on my next visit.

My family and I are proud regulars; especially for Sunday brunch! The brunch buffet usually includes carved roast and ham, shepherd’s pie, delicious warm pastas, and plenty of breakfast choices; including my husband’s favorite: eggs benedict. The brunch buffet also includes a dessert.(You can’t lose with the pecan pie!) The service is so excellent and sweet that the owners and waitresses have become like an extended family to us! Division Street Diner is definitely a gem to Arlington!

The food, well it’s decent… On the way down anyways. Except for the food poisoning that I got from it. Waiting staff was mediocre on a good day and the pies are clearly and unmistakably from the grocery store, yet sold for triple the price. The woman at the cash register was lacking a serious amount of brain cells, took 3 minutes to get my change counted. There’s a reason this place is on dumpy Division street adjacent to the section 8 neighborhood, pawn shop and slummy apartments… Do yourself a favor and Keep on driving folks.

Been here a few times. The food brings back memories of my dad. Love the chicken fried steak & the pot roast. The BBQ was the real surprise. Who would have thought a little diner would have drop dead great BBQ. Service was friendly. The owners seem very hands on. Will be back

I went here for the brunch buffet last Sunday and was really impressed. The selection wasn’t quite as expansive as a lot of other brunch buffets but the quality of the foods was definitely far above a typical restaurant. The biscuits were delicious and the dinner rolls they had were really interesting, a sort of hybrid between wheat and white bread. The dessert selection was incredible, all different kinds of cake, pie, and cheesecake(I had the carrot cake and it was very moist). Would like this to be a part of the all you can eat as well. My biggest complaint and probably the reason I won’t go back is that almost everything had meat in it or used utensils that touched meat. Both of the egg dishes had a meat in it, they used a pan that cooked meat to make my omelet, and the tongs that were used to grab the biscuits were also the ones used for the bacon and sausage. I would like to see more options for vegetarians or people who don’t like meat. Additionally, the price was pretty steep and the board said that the cost included a drink yet I ended up having to pay for my coffee.

My father was having surgery at Arlington Memorial and my mom & I used Unilocal to find a breakfast option nearby so we wouldn’t have to eat in the hospital cafeteria. Division street diner was only about 10 m away and had fewer reviews(than other diners) but we decided to give it a chance. First impression was good– lots of cars in the parking lot and it was 7:45 a.m. We noticed they had a large group meeting in a room we passed. When we entered, we were greeted with a warm, cozy and clean atmosphere with many greetings by the waitstaff. All the tables were covered in cute black & white checked table cloths. Everything was updated & smart. There was a good sized crowd when we arrived but were offered & poured a hot cup of coffee immediately(thank you!) and menus were given. I chose an omelet and our food was served in the next 10 – 12 m with plenty of coffee top offs in between. The food had great presentation but most importantly, it was delicious. Perfect portion size too. When our bill came, two meals and a cup of joe came to $ 18.00. That was an excellent price! Better yet, the time spent from walk in to finish was only about 45 – 50 minutes. Quick service! I talked with the manager, Chris, before we left. He mentioned they had taken over the diner about a year ago & were busy building their business by word of mouth. I mentioned I would add a Unilocal review and let everyone know how great the place was! Thanks Chris & staff for a wonderful breakfast!!! When you’re in the area– give them a try!

I’ve passed by this location so many times and have never stopped in. Today it was lunchtime and I decided to check out Division Street Diner. I wasn’t disappointed. I ordered the chicken fried steak with the two sides. The chicken fried steak was really good. It was freshly made and breaded. The mashed potatoes and green bean casserole was both really good. My server provided wonderful service and it seems that no one there is a stranger. I was greeted very warmly and felt right at home. I can’t wait to return with my wife on a a weekend to check out their breakfast.

Service — OK Food — 3 Star Coffee — 4 Star My wife loved their coffee, so that is a large plus for any diner. She also liked their large pancakes, another essential. I liked their mashed potatoes and buttered corn. But I’ve had better catfish, and certainly larger portions, just one medium sized filet on a $ 7.75 lunch special? The place is nice and tidy. We figure that if you pick the right items, you’ll be fine.

Great place to have a chat over breakfast. Had breakfast here to catch up with a buddy. Big restaurant, and we got some skillet hash browns. Food was decent: $ 5 for a plate of hash brown stuff with bacon and topped with two over-easy eggs. That’s a bit expensive for something i can make in my own kitchen. Biscuit wasn’t exceptional, but it was still good. Overall, it’s what you’d expect it to be. A good place to grab a bite!

Ok, just finished their incredible Sunday breakfast buffet and all I can say is wow and yummy! The place is clean, the food is presented in smaller portions on the buffet bar which keeps everything fresh and hot. We got there around 11:00 and the restaurant was not crowded but I’m sure after church, the place probably gets hopping. The buffet had everything from a small salad bar, an omelette station, eggs, hash brown potatoes, chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, grilled talapia, fried catfish, a carving station with roast beef and ham, bacon, sausage, some of the best biscuits I have ever had, mashed potatoes, vegetables, white and brown gravy and probably a few things I missed or just didn’t have a place to fit on my plate. And let me tell you about the desserts! WOW! Included in the $ 10.99 buffet price was the greatest selection of desserts I have seen on brunch buffet – a towering and moist chocolate cake that reminded me of P. F Chang’s great wall of chocolate cake and just as good, chocolate pie, cheesecake, tollhouse pie, chocolate mint pie, red velvet cake, and pecan pie. I had a portion of the tollhouse pie that was wonderful and was even offered a scoop of ice cream, and a bite or 5 of my table mates chocolate cake. I have never been to the diner during regular hours so I can’t speak to other’s opinions of those meals, but if you are free on a Sunday morning from 10 – 2 and you are hungry for a good southern style buffet – then give Division Street Diner a try. I think you’ll be glad you did!

Went about 2 years ago for their Sunday brunch buffet which was mediocre at best. Ran out of most foods by the time I got there, and the food remaining was a bit cold. Went back about a month ago and the brunch buffet was closed. Would not recommend going for the off the menu items as they are nothing special, just average mom-and-pop diner food.
