Dollar Forty Nine Dry Clean City

This dry cleaner completely ruined 8 pair of very expensive dress pants. They were told to let the pants out 2 inches in length. Instead, the untrained employee told the owner, who does the altering, to take out 2 inches in length. This would not have been a problem if the owner who does the tailoring would not have cut the extra cloth off of the pants prior to the final fitting.
The company promise to pay for 6 is a pair, so I purchase them at the Men’s Wearhouse and brought her the receipt for the same identical pants, the same identical size. The total for six pants was over $ 875.oo .
I’ve had to register a Better Business Bureau complaint which is now on their record, and I am taking them to small claims court.
I paid $ 88 for altering, this company is cost me well over $ 900 in damages, the management never returns phone calls, and now I have to sue them for damages they admitted to causing and promise to pay for.
The owners did not respond to a Google complaint I made, the owners did not respond to the Better Business Bureau complaint I made. They will have to show up in court and respond to the small claims court lawsuit that I’m going to make.
I’ve read many complaints about this dry cleaning service when I googled it once they damaged my property.
This is a seriously do not use company.
