I ordered a Caesar salad. I got a dinner salad. I ordered cheesy bacon jalapeño bread with ranch. I got marinara. Didn’t even touch my salad because I’ve been craving a Caesar salad all day. Did I mention I’m pregnant? Not too happy about either mistake they made.

I honestly have no idea where the negative reviews on this Dominos are coming from. The longest we’ve ever waited on a busy night is 30 minutes and the pizza has always been piping hot. On regular occasions where there isn’t a rush, the delivery averages 15 minutes. Seriously people, I would call this Dominos before calling an ambulance if I had a medical emergency they are so freaking fast.

Terrible! The pizza never arrived, the Manager«Stanzeel» was horrible, rude, yelled at me and threatened me, and the driver lied by saying he arrived at my store when he never did. A disgrace.

They messed up the order and weren’t too interested in fixing it. The chicken wings were terrible.

THISPLACEIS F*CKINGTERRIBLE!!! IDIOTS!!! I’ll never return! I even walked in(because I knew ordering over the phone or online would be a challenge). When I ordered at the counter, I specifically pointed to the sign that said 2 items or more for $ 5.99 each. I told the dude that I wanted a medium pizza with these toppings, and wings(«what flavor?» I asked, he rattles off a handful of flavors including medium [heat I’m assuming], and a «mango habanero» which sounded nice, but I opted for just«medium with ranch»… I pay($ 16.73, assuming it was two $ 5.99 deals plus tax, extra topping, etc. then leave to pickup dry cleaning, and wait about 10 minutes. When I walk inside, there’s my pizza and ranch, and NODAMNWINGS! I ask where the wings are and he tells me I didn’t order wings. I go over our entire conversation with him about«mango habanero» or «medium wings»(as part of the $ 5.99 window deal), and he is f*cking clueless. On my way out, he even offered to give me a pan instead of thin crust, because I didn’t want to pay the upcharge for pan. I said«Cool. Thanks!» Clearly there isn’t a manager on duty, and I have groceries in my car, and it’s 85+ degrees outside. I’m never going to this location again, or any Domino’s for that matter. This one ruined the whole franchise for me! Home now, groceries put away, and pizza tastes ok, but WAYOVERPRICED if they’re going to play stupid ass pricing shell games like this. I’m wondering now if they’re trained to screw people over like this! I’m DONE!

This was once our go-to for cheap pizza in the area. We used to order once every week or two. I’m sad to say that, after our experience on June 9, we’ll never go back. Things started normally enough. We placed our order online, and my wife gets a call about 25 minutes later from the driver telling us he’s in the lobby. I go downstairs to meet him. No driver. My wife calls him back, and tells him he must be at the wrong address. The driver, Syed, insists he isn’t. Our lobby is quite small, and I’m still standing in it. He’s most certainly not there, nor is there a car out front. My wife calls him yet again to ask him to check his address. He begins to berate her about wasting his time, and how we need to get downstairs and pick up the pizza immediately. My wife calls the store, and asks to speak to the manager. The manager, Tanzeel, asks her why she’s being so impatient. He says the driver will get there when he gets there. She tries to explain to him that it’s not so much the wait time, but rather the fact that her driver is being disrespectful and is clearly lost. The manager hangs up on her. My wife calls him back again. Same general response, with a vague promise to contact the driver. Forty-five minutes later, after watching three different Domino’s cars drive by my building, Syed actually shows up. He offers no apology, and instead acts like we’ve wronged him in some way. No tip for him. I get back our home with the pizzas, which by this point are congealed, heading toward cold, and taste like cardboard. I call Tanzeel to complain about both their attitude and the quality of service. He apologizes profusely, and asks that we «give [them] another chance.» He offers to comp the pizza and give us a coupon for a free pizza the next time we order. He takes none of my information. I point this out to him. He tells me he has the order right in front of him, and he’s going to initiate the chargeback immediately. More’s the fool me for believing him, I suppose. It’s now been almost two weeks, and there’s been no chargeback and no coupon. Bottom line — if you’re a fan of management teams that outright lie, very poor customer service, and cold, soggy pizza, this is the place for you. If not, I strongly recommend you find somewhere else to sate your pizza craving.

Dominos Pizza — 2602 Columbia Pike! We sometimes get pizza for the kids from this location and everything is okay(ish). Saturday June 6, we got 3 pizzas for the boys and when we looked at them they were BURNT offerings. We took them back and the rudest person in the store says«oh we cook them like that»! For as long I have eaten pizza, I have not seen a BLACK edge and been told that is how it is cooked. If rude dude offered to cook 3 pizzas and not burn them we would have been fine with that solution. But no, he had a huge chip off his shoulder and no concern for his customers. We politely asked for our money back and went to the competition. And we told him we would do just that. The party was slightly delayed but had a happy ending with pizza from Pizza Hut! Someone up there must have been looking out for us because it was actually pretty good pizza. Bye bye Domino’s! We can take our money else where. #lousycustomersservice

This Domino’s Pizza is awesome. They have your order to you in a short period of time, and they have Coke products. I always order from this location.

Not a real good effort by the chef. I ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese and sauce, which typically call for a little longer cooking time. The pizza arrived cold and undercooked. Granted it was during a snow storm, but the cheese was uncooked before it left the restaurant. I also ordered mushrooms which were only on 4 of the slices out of the 8. I have ordered this pizza in a dozen cities, and it was always good. Sorry guys, you bombed on this one.

I have lived in Crystal City for four years and for four years this Dominos has been the TRUTH! Very clean inside, quick to make your orders and always helpful with the specials. I like the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and the plain cheese Pan style pizzas, never gooey and always cooked right. A+ !!!

Pretty decent Domino’s! We pick up pizza from here sometimes and we’ve never had a bad experience. The pizzas are always pretty solid and are ready quickly. It’s not as good as Lost Dog Café or Paisano’s, but for what it is(and for how inexpensive it is), it’s definitely worth it! They have a 2 pizzas for $ 5.99 each deal going on right now, so I’d definitely recommend getting that if you want cheap pizza.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with Dominos or any pizza place at that and will not be returning. The pizza was lukewarm and had been on the warmer for some time, to the point it changed color and looked plasticky. The 8 piece chicken had about 7 pieces that were the size of McDonalds monopoly pieces. So disgusted I reported this to corporate. Unfortunately my picture was above 300kb so I couldn’t attach it. A comedy of errors. I will not buy pizza or anything here again. Especially when so many other pizza places that do at least a decent job with their food.

Friendly, efficient, delicious, and great deals! We have had A+ experiences when ordering from this Domino’s online and when ordering carry-out. Keep up the great work!

This Dominos rocks! My husband and I get delivery and/or carry-out from this location a few times a month when we don’t feel like cooking. We love the hand-tossed pizzas and my husband loves the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. Our orders are always turned around very quickly. If you walk inside, you can see the guys in the back cooking and this place is SPOTLESS. And what’s not to love about the online Dominos tracker?

It’s fast food pizza so it can’t get five stars, but for the prices, this dominos rivals everything. Ongoing specials allow you to feed 4 people for like 15 bucks which is a steal around here. It’s my neighborhood joint and the place is always clean, the service is always good, and my pizza is always fresh and hot. Keep up the good work!

Best GF pizza. Better than Ledos and Manhattan Pizza’s GF. It’s only 10 inch but that’s the perfect size for 1 person. It’s nice and crispy and doesnt taste mealy or GF. I always ask for American Feast which is sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms. I also ask for NO cheese and to add EXTRA sauce. The sauce is delicious. exactly how i love it. Only thing is it costs extra. A few bucks more. If you have it delivered they add a charge to that and total is always like $ 16. Then you still have to tip the driver which i usually do for $ 3. They deliver super fast though. like 20 minutes. I’ll try to be better about picking it up so I can get the damn pizza for like $ 13 to $ 15 lol. Also, their regular pizza is pretty good. The regular crust is buttery and garlicky. American Feast and the chicken bacon carbonara are good. I do not like their version of Meat Lovers for some reason. The pacific veggie is awesome too. I’m not sure what happened but Dominoes has improved to me. I love that it’s so close by and they have the GF option.

Easy online ordering and they delivered it very quickly. The online ordering status bar shows where your pizza is in the baking/delivery process. The pizza was a little bland but to be expected from a chain. Not greasy and I liked the Brooklyn style crust as it’s less doughy. Would probably order from here again. Not as good as a local pizza shop but not bad for what it is.

Honestly, all the people who have given this place 4 or 5 stars have never had a good pizza if they think Domino’s, as a chain, delivers delicious pizza. Granted, it is Domino’s, and you shouldn’t expect 5-star quality, but I ordered from here last night for delivery, and while the delivery was fast, the food was horrible. The breaded chicken pieces taste worse than Chicken McNuggets from the Golden Arches, and the pizza dough tasted like stale saltine crackers. The pepperoni toppings were overcooked while the pizza itself was barely warm. I was planning on making pizza from scratch myself this weekend as a favor to a dealership, now I am making pizza to get this horrible salty taste out of my mouth. I could say the 10+ years since the last time I ate from Domino’s wasn’t long enough, I could wait another 10+ before I try it again. If I am going to be spending more than $ 20 for a pizza and what is supposed to be chicken nuggets, I expect much higher quality than this garbage.
