They ruined 7 of my husband’s expensive dress shirts, they burnt them during the cleaning process and when confronted about said that it was already like that when we brought them in! And this was us giving them another chance after they lost 4 of his shirts before. At a low ball they have cost us $ 500 in shirts!

I have been going for years, even before they changed the management. They charged me more now, which i have never been brave enough to ask. I mean, for iron only, and pay $ 12 with tax for shirts??? And i don’t think they did iron my shirts last time i was there, the sleeves are still wrinkles like just out of the wash, the button line was folding in. I could do a better job ironing myself when I had time.

I will not be back. There are too many decent, if not good, dry cleaners around to come to this one. They say they open at 7 but non one gets there till 7:15…
I brought a pair of suite pants in for cleaning, the employee pointed out the pocket was tearing and offered to fix. I said that would be awesome, three weeks later and they can’t find my pants!!!
