The employees here seriously need training. I ordered some items online and had to return one item that did not fit. Prior to placing my online order, I verified on the website that returns could be made to any Foot Locker in the US. Great. I brought my item and packing slip to the store to get my refund. The employee told me that they could not process returns for online orders because there was no way they could scan the item into their inventory. I told him exactly what the website said. He again told me that he could not scan the item back into inventory. Fine. I told him I would call customer service. I walked out of the store, called the customer service number, and explained the situation. The rep told me that stores are supposed to take returns for online orders. She spoke with the store employee and instructed him on how to process the return.
