The staff is very rude. They will not answer the phone no matter what time of day it is. The «emergency maintenance» will not come out after hours. They just ask if they can come out the next day. Its very inconvenient. They give special parking spots to long time residents which is great but cause issues with parking for everyone else. Visitor parking is limited and in a inconvenient spot if you have guests prepare to have them take a walk. Overall it wasn’t horrible but I’d never live here again or recommend to anyone. The staff is clueless and unprofessional.

The office NEVER answers the phone. Just ONE example of the pure LAZINESS. This was the WORST decision to move here. Horrible customer service. Horrible maintenance. I have to ask about the same issues 10 times before anything is done… IN PERSON because they never answer the phone. Sh**ty office staff. And I’ve never met a PROPERTY manager so rude and sarcastic and unwilling to help tennants. This problem is not just me, all my neighbors give the same feedback.

Do not rent from this property. Reasons.
1. The property managment staff are in general un-​professional
2. Maintanence is slow and does not clean up after itself.
3. There were roaches from the day I moved in and the problem was never addressed.
4. Upon my notice to vacate the property manager would not provide my prospective apartments with my rental history.
5. Trying to contact staff by phone was impossible.
DO NOT LIVE HERE.
