I would fairly recommend this company to any of my colleagues or families. They are nice at service. What you don’t get is what your full potential of your system. They will purchase you the system at no charge if you just pay the monthly fee. I currently have there useless L5100 without the full potential as in automation w/​Total Connect. They will bare this lie «Honeywell will charge us any equipment we put on for customers on Total Connect» it is per household not per equipment. They will never let us do DIY on the system unless we get it from them AND install it with them with the BS price of their contractors to come and put it in for us since their lifetime warranty is through them. The main point is, you install yourself, bye bye warranty. The most helpful on the team is Halla & Halene! Halla to them for the best customer service ever. Yall should be promoted! And the worst whatever is the General Manager! And I say, be nice to the customer you D-​Head and get fired by your CEO or who ever is the owner their. Poor management for the general manager. Owner who ever it is, hire someone who is reliable. The main point is, they will get you the system, but never the full potential of it.

They made the entire process easy from the initial phone call to using the system. Everyone I spoke with in the office was friendly and the technician that came to my home was very professional and quick. I would recommend them to anyone looking for better service!!!
