Similar to every other game stop I’ve been to. They tend to be a bit busier, which I get when you only have 2 employees most of the time. Staff was super friendly, and calm when it got busy which was great. They like to have fun, and know their stuff.

The staff here has always been very helpful and friendly. Good selection too. I will say occasionally the staff seems overwhelmed but that is the case in any Gamestop I’ve ever visited. They usually have 2 – 3 employees on duty so it doesn’t take very many customers asking questions to cause a line to form.

Just spent quite possibly the worst hour and 43 minutes of my life in this store. To start, I needed to switch my preorder from a different location and homegirl at the register stated that it was«too confusing» for her to do and that I needed to wait for the other cashier to do it. So cashier number 2 spends 15 minutes shooting the shit with some dude and completely ignores me. I’m finally able to get his attention and low and behold… he’s having issues getting me my preorder bonus. He spends the next hour and a half dicking around on the computer, half ass attempting to help me. Meanwhile he is helping other customers, having conversations with the other cashier, and then his damn girlfriend walks in. Now homeboy completely ignores me in favor of talking to his girlfriend. In the end I ended up saying forget it… I don’t need it and walked out. Did I get an apology? Yeah, no. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely ridiculous. This is the second time that this location has screwed me out of my preorder bonus. Let’s just say I won’t be coming back. Way to burn bridges GameStop.

I spend a ton of money at game stop, my fav store is in Redmond on Redmond Wy. This store is awful, they don’t understand customer service at all. I came in planning on dropping a couple hundred and wasn’t acknowledged, one gal was helping some people trade in stuff and the other guy behind the counter had time to only answer the phone and do nothing else. I waited about 15 minutes and finally left. These people need some serious training. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money.

Best gamestop around. All the staff is great. I assume from direction of the manager lonney. He needs a raise or his own store! I’d be a faithful customer as I am now. I get calls and txts to notify me of upcoming events and Releases. Get greeted like a friend and have never had an issue. Other gamestops do not function the same. And to Daniel there is Always those hoops to jump when it comes to trades.

I don’t agree with Daniel, I live in Marysville and I’m an avid gamer so of course I’m a Gamestoper. I used to go to the Everett store, until this one opened in Arlington. Now I only go here, not because it’s closer, because they’re about the same drive for me, but because of the people. The manager Lonney is really nice and honest, he takes his time to answer any question I have, and I’ve never recieved better customer service anywhere else. They even managed to hire some cute gamer girls that know there stuff. I really like the staff and if you like friendly people helping you too, then this is the place. And on the subject of trades… dude Daniel, a seven year old used wii console that there selling for like $ 45 bucks of course isn’t going to get you allot. You have to be reasonable. I come in about a week to two weeks after the game that I want releases so I can get it preowned and cheaper, play it(and if I finish it in a week, they let me return it and I get all my money back! Like a free rental!!! I may abuse this policy a little bit lol) then trade it in as soon as I’m done with them,(within the first three months after release) and they usually give me around $ 25 to $ 40 for that $ 60 game. Honestly, it’s an awesome deal if you know how it works. Again, try these guys out, it’s a great store with great people, and even has some great ways of saving you money if you know what your doing. Happy shopping!

I brought in a Nintendo Wii with a few games and controllers to inquire about the trade in value for these items. Once a got someone to help me, I simply asked if I could get a ball park range for what a Wii console trades for. I was told that they couldn’t tell me what it was worth until they«tested it.» I explained that I didn’t want to waste my time and theirs while waiting for them to test the system and that I simply wanted to know a rough value to see if I would be interested. Still they maintained that that was impossible, so I agreed to wait while they tested the items. While waiting for the test to be completed I observed a worker making personal calls while not helping other customers. I even had a employee tell me that his manager isn’t very helpful. The workers appeared to have no customer service skills and seemed like they really had no idea what they were doing. In all, I waited for 45 minutes while my console, games and controllers were tested. I was told that all the items could be traded in for $ 80.00, which is extremely undervalued. I have no problem with what they offered me, but how it was offered. If they could have just told me approximately what the value was, both parties could have 45 minutes back. Avoid this store, poor management for sure.
