Great Service! Professional & Honest! Good rates and never any problems! I have been with Graham Pest Control for over two years and my home is bug free.

I called to tell Graham Pest Control the types of pests I had and to schedule service. A technician was out the next day! The uniformed tech took the time to educate me on what control methods they were going to use and made sure to point out that the chemicals were safe to use in my toddler’s room. The techs are very courteous and work quickly as not to disturb. I found the fee more than fair and I’ve been a happy customer for a little more than 2 years.

Wow. I called these folks up and they gave me a great quote over the phone to get rid of rats I was hearing in my attic. They had a technician at my house within a couple of hours. He identified where they may be getting in and set out bait stations. This is where most pest control companies stop. They set up an appointment for next week though and came back out to see if the bait stations had been hit. I have some stubborn but very intelligent rats that apparently have figured out to avoid bait and traps. So when they came back out they noticed that the bait hadn’t been touched. So they then went about building out some screens that would allow the pests out, but not back in. Viola. No more rats. They came out 3 times while only charging me for the first visit. That’s pretty incredible. I would have paid for follow up visits if they had asked. It’s not their fault that I have mutant super rats.
Now let me give some context here. I also called a few other pest control places. The first place I called was a bigger outfit. They rolled out and proceeded to explain to me all the perils of rats and rat droppings. They essentially said that my house could be harboring the plague. So to fix this, they were going to remove all my attic insulation, plug up all the holes, refill the attic with new insulation and that would fix my problem. They gave me a quote for over $ 4,000. I kid you not. I could call Graham out every quarter until I die and still come out cheaper than what these guys were quoting me.
