We made a reservation for our infant to get a picture with the Easter Bunny. The Easter Bunny was a no-​show when we arrived, and we were rudely told to wait 20 minutes for him to come. After 45 mins. Easter Bunny was still a no-​show with no communication about his whereabouts. In fact, the rude worker who told us the wait originally, totally disappeared as well. For a company that builds their business on catering to babies, kids, etc. I would have expected better attention to such a service.
