They sell defective screens ! Not worth it ! Cheaper at Apple Store ! Techs are rude !
November 6 I called Icracked to replace my screen I shattered the day before. I called the number but no answer, one guy texted me an hour later about the replacement screen he said it was 149 for a new screen that also came with a protective tempered glass to go over the front.
I wasn’t sure since it’s only 105.00 at the Apple Store but he convinced me since it came with the protective screen too. So the techs name was Vernell Blackman that came out and replaced the screen they said any defects with the new screen and they will replace for free. That evening I noticed a dead pixel in the center of the screen, so I call him back the next day and he refers me to the warranty department. So I call them and they start the process about a week later he comes out and replaces it again, but this time the replacement screen had a scratch on it, well the tech was fed up at this point so he refers me back to the warranty department and says tell them to find you someone else, he’s no longer wanting to help, the warranty department can’t help because they said he has to replace it again no one else can so 2 weeks go by of this and he’s not keeping me up to date with anything he finally shows back up first week of December and replaces the screen again but guess what another dead pixel right in the middle. Not worth the money ! 3 bad screens and oh and the protective tempered glass protector doesn’t even cover the entire screen.
Worst company !!

Vernell is truly fantastic. Picked my two iPad (both had been dropped and smashed) brought them back the next day, truly as good as new. He is very professional and I can’t say enough good things about the guy.

Very professional, pick up at afternoon and my ipad was ready next date morning.
