I come here for lunch all the time. I usually get the Italian on the rosemary bread which is great. Definately worth trying.

Excellent food and very quick service. The ingredients are of a very high quality you can taste. Many great choice off their menu too. Prices are a little steep but you can taste the price difference from places like subway.

I wish I knew how to attach a picture to this, because you betcha I took one. I got the buffalo chicken wrap, which is APPALLING. Literally if I didn’t waste my lunch break going to get this piece of shit wrap, I would’ve used my break to go throw it in the employee’s faces. The website advertises that the chicken is «smothered in spicy buffalo sauce», but there is almost ZERO buffalo sauce on mine. What it’s smothered in? a pool of mayonnaise, which is disgusting. All of the ingredients to this nasty-ass«wrap» is spilling out onto the paper, and I can’t even pick it up without getting SHIT all over my hands. I have never seen such poor effort put into making such a simple item – they had ONEJOB. ONE. There’s also none of this«melted American cheese» that is advertised online, zero tomatoes, and zero bleu cheese dressing. I usually get a sandwich when I go but decided to venture out this time and get this wrap I’ve been dying to try for almost a year. Not only will I not be a) eating this wrap today/getting it again, but I’ll also never b) get my usual sandwich ever again either because c) I’m never returning to a single Jersey Mike’s again. PS: «Jordy» is the name on my receipt, and that person sucks ass. PSS: the only rating on the website that I gave above a 1 was promptness – I only gave it that because clearly this person went fast, considering it looks like they threw, decided to wrap it up in a tortilla, and wrote it off as a wrap.

Sandwhich was good, service was quick, every table in the place was dirty and needed to be cleaned. With 4 guys working behind the counter one of them could have gone and cleaned some tables. This was at 11:30 am and it looked like we were the first couple of the lunch time crowd. The people behind us even said the same thing when they sat down.

Oh Jersey Mike’s how I love thee. 2001 was the first time I had Jersey Mike’s on a business trip to Orlando. Last time I had Jersey Mike’s? This year. Thank goodness the Jersey Mike’s Gods decided to open a REAL sandwich shop near our house. My family and I love the place. My favorite is the Jersey Shore’s(Large of course) favorite, Mike’s way of course. My son loves the number 9, my wife and daughter love the number 7. Great fresh food, great price, and great staff. Subway? LOL. Don’t you ride that in NYC? Stay hungry my friends…

When I went there it was 3:45 p.m. and there was one girl working and a line 7 people deep. She was definitely overwhelmed. When it came my turn, I asked her what was wrong with the bread, it was only about an inch thick. She said they stacked it too high and it got flat so I’d have to deal with it. I told her I would just eat elsewhere and left. We spend $ 55 every time I order for the family there but apparently they don’t need my money. I won’t be going back. I’ve got over 400 points in their program and they can keep them.

Everything tastes good here, don’t get me wrong. But it’s crazy when every single time I’ve gone here I get the Big Kahuna for my boyfriend and EVERYTIME I get it, I ask for NOJALAPENOS, seems simple enough right? WRONG! Every single time they make it and repeat it back to me, they go over behind where I can’t see them make it and they leave them on the sandwich. And since I order it, they repeat it why wouldn’t I think they get the order right? Then I get home and every time, again they mess it up. OVERIT. The are expensive for the no meat they put on, even thought the meat and cheese is good quality, paying $ 10.95 for a giant salami and ham, only to have the thinnest pieces on it, it will be a while before I go back and pay that much for two subs and they get it wrong. And the kicker was, I was the ONLY customer in there. with 3 employees, no one can get the job done evidently(teenagers or not) when I’m paying that much it’s annoying to only get home for it to be wrong!

Less than thrilled with this place. I always try new places several times before I make judgment. You never know if it’s an off night, maybe a delivery truck didn’t make it or if someone called in sick. So… This is my third time here and I won’t be back. It’s clearly mikes way or no way. Any substitutions were met with hems and haws, two sandwiches were made and on the back board before I even realized it was my order they were working on. Asked what it came with on it because I have a kid that happens to not like lettuce and tomatoes. Well too late it was already made. They offered to take it off but frankly I can do that myself. Second sandwich I thought was easy… Just wanted the pepperoni I peppers instead of jalapeños. It was already wrapped and I was assured they made substitution. 3rd one… No biggie right off the menu… BUT… Wanted them toasted. THEYDONTTOASTTHEMTHERE… at all! Got home and not only did they use jalapeños … It was loaded so heavy with them I couldn’t eat it OR pick them out because it was mixed on the grill and an ingredient was left off. It was wrapped before I could even see it. One of the other times they were out of BREAD! All bread… But they can do a wrap or salad… No thanks. Other time they were out of half the meats! Just not worth it! $ 25 for 3 regular sandwiches… Subway does a better job for half the price! Stay away!

I was pretty surprised by this place. Went here for a quick dinner on the recommendation of my relative who lives in Arlington. I got a Philly Cheese Steak and to be honest, it was awesome. It came out quick, it was cheap, and it tasted amazing. The portions were also huge. I was very impressed(and surprised to realize that this was a chain place). I would certainly come back here, and it is certainly better than other chain sub options(Jimmy John’s, Subway, etc)

Best sandwiches in town! Be sure to get it Mike’s way… and the Italian is great! Bread is made fresh daily and the meats are cut right in front of you!

Great food– great service. Love that everything is made fresh– blows Subway away! The bread choices are really good and they bake it in house. Even the cookies are made fresh daily. My new favorite sandwich place–

Not what I expected. I ordered the roast beef with provolone. It was flavorless. The bread was ok but the lack of taste killed it for me. With places like Jimmy John’s to compete against, Jersey Mike’s needs to step it up on the flavor department. The two stars go to the staff who were friendly and to the fact that as a company, Jersey Mike’s does a lot of charity.
