Journeys

I had a wonderful experience at Journeys today thanks to a wonderful associate, Gaby (I hope I spelled it correctly).
Being a student with little income I needed a great pair of shoes and had little to spend. Not only did she understand, but she also took the time to go in the stockroom and find the options in my size and of my brand interest on clearance.
I went in thinking I’d pay $ 70 and leave with one pair and she returned with 3 pair that were marked down at least 60% and one pair that were her favorites at full price.
Although I only bought the 3 pair on sale she never pressured me, complimented my choices and gave me the most kind compliments and made me feel welcome. In left spending $ 73 and getting 2 more pair than I had expected.
Its apparent she enjoys her job, that she cares for the guests and has completely changed my mind about a store I previously did not care for. I will return ASAP thanks to her and the great deals.
Keep Gaby and give her a raise!

Guy tried to sell my cousin a pair of shoes too small for me because he was out of her size. He told her they would loosen up. Really? No Bueno !
