KFC

I’ve been there multiple times and I don’t think they’ve ever put the right order in the bag of. Always missing something. Then when you go back they act like they have no idea what you’re talking about. Absolutely terrible!

This location needs a manager. I see reviews dating back to 2007. The complaints are all the same over the years. That means corporate gives a R.A. Anyone who visits this location can see it’s problems.
We waited over 30 minutes for 2 orders of 2 piece meals. People who arrived and ordered well after us came and went before us. They managed to get our orders wrong. Several people returned with their wrong orders as well. The size of the chicken pieces are quite small.
The place is filthy. The buffet looked scary. The edges of the serving dishes had caked on residual food. I’m sure those dishes sat there all day.
We will not be back. Been there twice. Never again.
Too bad I had to give one star.

The worst KFC ever! Waited more than 30 minutes to get my order. This place really sucks.

My husband love fried chicken, but is always disappointed with the quality if it’s not from KFC. This one is closest to home, but when I read the reviews for this location, I was really put off by the negative comments. Recently we had a family picnic and needed to pick up something protein and quick, so I took a chance and stopped by here… and was pleasantly surprised. My husband loved it, of course. This is KFC, so chain food not fine dining, but there is nothing wrong with the restaurant or its employees. I returned another time recently through the drive through. Both times the employees were helpful, orders were correct (and I asked for some different combinations too), premises in decent condition, transactions quick and smooth. I haven’t tried the buffet, but so far this restaurant has been getting it right. Bottom line — Don’t be afraid to try it if you’re in the mood for KFC.

Worse service! Been waiting behind 1 guy at the window 10 mins! If order isn’t ready they are usually are told to pull forward and wait! But no go for this guy! Chicken was greasy when finally did get home…

Food tasted as expected but it was probably the worst run buffet I have ever been to. Zero chicken out, myself and at least two other customers had to ask for it. Mashed potatoes were out. Gravy was eventually replaced. Two other trays were empty and I didn’t even know what they were supposed to have. Overall the location looks worn out. I couldn’t help but be reminded of a cafeteria at a nursing home.

What can you say about a restaurant that cannot keep up with the traffic created by the corporate offices? I saw customers come in asking for the special to find out they would have to wait for as much as 20 minutes. I saw 2 groups leave. 1 couple left after waiting for 10 minutes for the newly reintroduced pot pie and another leave because the staff didn’t even have enough to make kids meals. As for me and my party, we had the buffet. All came from a can except the liquid jello and the empty places (4) for the chicken. My wife and I have dietary restrictions and were not supposed to eat what we did but the selection was sooooooooo crappy. We received a drink with our meal which means soda fountain or water. Wow! what a mistake we made. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This place was FILTHY food on the floor and tables. No ice and I checked out the buffet and it looked way past its prime. Will never go back.

I went to this Smokey Point location today and tried the all-​you-​can-​eat buffet. I have eaten here a number of times in the past.
The service at the counter was okay and I then looked over the food. There was not much chicken sitting under the warming lights– so I had to take what was there. I tried the original recipe chicken and it was somewhat dry but it was okay. I like KFC chicken but I prefer it to be fresh out of the cooker and not have been sitting under warming lights for a long time.
The mashed potatoes and brown gravy were disappointing. I didn’t really care for the taste of them. The green beans and coleslaw were okay and tasted good. I didn’t try any of the other selections this time.
It was a okay meal but I have had allot better meals. This buffet was much better a few years ago– I think that they have cut back on the quantity and selection.

Well today has been one of those days to celebrate, everyone in my family has a job and my daughter just got her minecraft game for the Xbox 360. So what better way to celebrate but with some good old fashion Kentucky Fried Chicken… oh wait its not called that anymore. To this day I still wonder why but anyhow. My father decided to go through the drive-​thru like he does most of the time. We decided to order one of their family meal deal bucket things whatever they are called and so far everything went well got the 8pc bucket +4sides. Just out of curiosity how do you feed people with the tiny bowl of mashed potatoes? I mean really the mashed potatoes is my second favorite thing at KFC. Well we get it all home dishing up when I get to biscuits. They where hard as a rock I could of dressed as a ninja and used them as throwing star biscuits. How is it in the middle of dinner rush did we get saddled with the stale day old biscuits? I couldn’t even cut them with a knife.
All in all the service, employees and the time spent in drive-​thru was decent. All I can ask is up the size of the mashed potatoes and give me soft little biscuits instead of ninja star biscuits and I will be happy :)…but until then the KFC in Marysville will get my business. I really wish we didn’t have to rate for bad biscuits but oh well one star you will get.

It smells, looks and tastes like chicken. So I give it two stars.

This place was terrible and from the other comments the only thing consistent is that it’s terrible. The lady serving was very polite, but out of the staff present she was the only one assisting with service. The buffet was a mess and 80% of the items were depleted. WOW management needs to be checked by corporate.

Wow. I’ve been standing inside for 10 minutes. No one is eating and everyone looks pissed and hungry. Someone asked for dark meat when ordering and the lady said, «wow you guys are really trying my patience.» Seriously, this place has issues. I decided to give drive through a shot, also taking forever.

Yuck, on so many levels!
This particular KFC runs a buffet during certain hours of the day. It appears to be a hot spot for the elderly, and those on fixed incomes. Seems like a good deal, but I’d highly advice against dining here!
The restaurant is filthy! Windows and doors have not been cleaned daily. This is obvious, as the amount of fingerprints and smudges as early as 11:00am suggests. Floor is sticky. Windowsills are dusty and filled with dead flies.
I didn’t care to look in the bathroom.

For some grilled chicken at 8 pm (open until 1030) it was such an inconvenience apparently. I had my order placed and no paid for yet but she told me I couldn’t add anything to my order? The place is a dive and definitely not worth your money

Had the $ 10.00 buffet today. Food was blah no seasoning chicken was greesey. Won’t be back

ZERO star!!!
I just bought 10 piece bucket meal. When I got home and opened the bucket, OMG! the chickens looked so dirty like somebody’s left over. Bottom of the bucket was pool of liquid from mushy chickens! I tried one bite but couldn’t eat anymore… Super dry and no taste at all! I think chickens were in the bucket too long and got too soggy. I can’t believe they can sell this bad chickens to a customer. I will never go back to this place. I may never buy KFC chicken again.

Get this, this location has ALL YOU CAN EAT! Blooooppphhh…(The sound my stomach makes after greasy crap is sent it’s way.)
Typical KFC, nothing fancy other than the AYCE, which for the big eater, I guess is okay.
Unit tends to get busy and as in good’olé KFC fashion, the staff become scared straight zombies from H#LL! They stand around all glossy-​eyed like a bunch of drug users after their Methadone treatment! No one knows what customer service is and heaven forbid they actually engage their brains and start moving faster or try to keep the dining area clean! Am I asking too much???
2 stars for the AYCE, if you like that stuff, otherwise stay away… very far away!
