Painfully slow. Three people ahead of me and I’m standing here for 10 minutes already without even putting my order in. Make that two people ahead of me. One left. I may be next. The dining area is empty. Nobody is going through the driver thru. No idea why the service is so slow.

What i like about KFCs is their Biscuits!!! But i was so dissapointed when i tried them at this place! they were dry and tasteless. Extra star for polite workers.

Highly disapponted. I rarely eat at KFC, but when I do, it’s normally one of my favorite meals. This place butchered the nuggets, they had literally no flavor. My mac n cheese was disturbingly disgusting, and my biscuit was cold. Further from a sign on their tea’s it was apprentice they were not cycling it as they were supposed too.

Took the kids here for a bite the other day around 6pm. We went inside to order and eat. Ordering was a breeze and the cashier was extremely helpful and patient. We got our food quickly. Main complaint is the dining room was filthy. Basically every table and all chairs were dirty. Plus all the chairs were scattered around. There was only one other person sitting in the dining room while we were there. Slow times like that should warrant a staff person wiping down all the tables and chairs and straightening up the dining room. It was nasty. Too bad because the staff was so nice and helpful.

It’s interesting that I came to write a review of my recent experience at KFC and seem to have had the same experience as another reviewer. I was in the mood for chicken, but not super hungry and in the neighborhood of this KFC so I decided to stop to get something light. I ordered a combo with Chicken Little sandwiches with mac and cheese as the side. I moved through the drive-thru fairly quickly, getting my drink and paying right away. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. The person working the window was off doing other things, anything but talking to me or serving me with my food. After what felt like 2 – 3 minutes, I got my food and drove off. Getting home, opened the bag to find there was no utensils to eat my side with, which is fine since I could get one from the kitchen, but what if I was eating on the road? There should have been a spoon or fork included and there were no napkins. Biting into the Chicken Littles, they were awful. Like the previous reviewer, the bread was hard, dry and stale and the chicken small and hard like it had been sitting under heat lamps for a lot time. If the food had been sitting around a long time like it tasted, it makes you wonder what took them so long to serve it. I know it’s fast food and my expectations aren’t high, but utensils should be provided when you have something that can’t be eaten with your hands, napkins should always be included and the bread and chicken shouldn’t be hard as a rock. Little speed and friendliness at the window would be nice too.

I ordered two chicken littles around 8 pm the other night and they were UNACCEPTABLE — crunchy stale bread with chicken that was clearly sitting there for hours. This is the third time that their order has came out this way, I try to be patient with fast food restaurants but this was absolutely ridiculous. How can the manager be okay with such careless quality control?

Somewhat average experience for pseudo fast food… after all is it ever really«fast»? Food-wise, KFC is all the same, but one thing that may differ from one store to another is the availability of the original, crispy, or grilled varieties. That’s all management. It’d be nice to get exactly what I want. Usually not a fan of the original recipe because it’s usually soggy and too salty but it’ll take a few pieces of it doesn’t mean I got to wait 20 minutes extra. Since there aren’t too many KFC’s around. I’ll probably be back as I just realized I can stop by on the way back from work.

Visited this location today. Off the bat it was a bad experience as the store failed to open on time and I had to call and inquire if the store was going to open. I then placed my order of 2 meals consisting of 3 wings and a biscuit. I paid and was then told that they didn’t have enough chicken to fill my order. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. After about 5 minutes of fumbling at the register the cashier/manager announces he is unable to reverse the credit card transaction. He then offers an alternative to my original order. I accept the offer but when I get the food home I realize I was shorted an item and the biscuits are raw. Not a little underdone but oozing raw! I’ll never visit this location again.

This KFC is near the place I work. The KFC near my home in Clinton Md is just horrible when it comes to service so I decided to pick dinner up on the way home from work. I am giving this place 5 stars. The employers were extremely friendly and they got my order right! I always order a large family size meal with legs and thighs in the original recipe. The KFC employees in Clinton never accomodate me and insist that they cannot provide me with legs and thighs only. I even met with the manager on two occasions and though he was pleasant, he advised that I call the restaurant ahead of time to place my order. I have decided that I won’t be returning. Needless to say the folks at the KFC on Glebe Road in Arlington NEVER complained about my order and did not advise me to call ahead of time on my next visit. The food was delicious and I will definitely be returning.

Ok, I don’t review fast food as a rule, but I noticed this KFC really worked hard to address the service concerns mentioned in the reviews. It has a sign out front that it is committed to complete the order in 60 sec. When I went in the place was reasonably busy, and my order was complete and in front of me before I finished paying. The manager checked in on me during my meal, wow. Anyway, good service and extra crispy chicken earned it five stars for«as good as it gets» fast food.

They serve chicken here. And some other stuff. This particular KFC chain sucks donkey balls; drive 10 more feet and head to the new McDonalds. ** I once waited in line for 25 minutes only to find out at the drive-through window that their CC machine was down. ** Bastards.

I concur with Trish D. We were the only people in line at the drive thru, yet it took forever to get our order placed and our food! I almost gave up and drove away in frustration. I kept saying hello and the guy would say«one second» and then several minutes I would say hello again and he’d say«one second.» I have no clue what he was doing there but we sat waiting to order for at least 5 minutes. No one else was in line or at the restaurant. Boyfriend was annoyed because apparently the chicken bucket that we finally received had mostly dark meat and only one piece that was white meat. I don’t know much about chicken, but apparently KFC«cheated us» by not including more white meat chicken. Other than that, I must say that KFC does their biscuits and mac&cheese right. Those two dishes did not disappoint. Still, the glacial pace of the order guy and the problem with the chicken bucket means we will not be returning here.

I like this location. It is so so for me. If you are looking to pick up any of their hot wings I recommend calling ahead to check on availability or having spare time to wait on them. The fact that they always seem out of hot wings is so annoying. I wish they would have some readily available.

Had Chicken Pot Pies from California to DC, this location the worst by far: only two small pieces of chicken, the crust was not as good as usual. Our local KFC’s pie was packed with chicken, much more satisfying.

Not only this KFC, but all KFC’s have sucked big time since they did away with saturated fats. Saturated fats give food what’s called taste. I’ve tried KFC’s across the US from time to time, but the chicken tastes horrible. I try to make it a point to only dine in restaurants that use saturated fats.

Decent food, subpar service. I know I shouldn’t hold fast food restaurants to a very high standard in the first place but this particular one was just shy enough from acceptable that I deemed it necessary to review it. The lady at the counter clearly didn’t enjoy her job and her knowledge of the menu as well as her lack of effort to learn it reflected that. After seeing a discrepancy with the menu I asked her to clarify and she responded with a blank stare and an «I don’t know». I responded by suggesting that she should probably know the answer but left it at that. It was only 69 cents and not worth the effort… she also left it at that and did not seek the answer for me or herself. Other than that the food was decent and she threw in an extra wing because the thighs were so small. That brought this review from 1 star to 2 stars. Next time I will hedge my bets and drive 3 miles instead of 1.2 to another KFC to see if they are a little bit more friendly and knowledgable.
