Kwik Shop

I am the world’s worst about doing a BIG grocery run and then getting home, only to find that I forgot to get one little item that (more often than not) is crucial to make dinner. The other night, that item happened to be eggs. (Hard to make pasta carbonara without them!)
Not wanting to go BACK to Kroger, find parking, and go all the way to the back of the store where the eggs are, I decided to try my luck at the Kroger Kwik Shop that just opened up with the new gas station.
This little store had all the basic things you would expect in a gas station store, but I was happy to find other things like milk, eggs, bread and some produce items like lettuce, tomato, bell pepper, etc. My next door neighbor is elderly and has complained about the newer, bigger Kroger. (At 80, it’s difficult for her to walk the entire place) This is perfect for her on most trips and parking is easier, too. Great for a quick in-​and-​out!
