I have lived all over the country, owning many homes and in my experience I have not come across a more attentive, passionate, and motivated real estate partner. I am a veteran and they recommended an exceptional brokerage firm that were very informed in the unique processes a VA loan requires. Our project was so complicated and required so much attention that it scared us, they basically said to us «We got this» and that trust paid off dearly.
I rarely do reviews especially over the internet but I felt compelled to share my experience as they really helped my family (Wife and two young children) acquire our dream home. Communication is a two way street, we made sure our goals where heard and aligned. They initiated weekly calls to go over expectations, issues, road maps, etc.
If you have an opportunity to work with Latham Realty, I highly recommend them. For my family we called them our «Dream Ambassadors» and have recommended them to many of our friends who have had the same experience. Give them a shot and remember you get out of it what you put into it.

I would love to say that we have used this company a few times but this last experience was the worst and showed us that we won’t use this real estate company ever again.
This time as soon as we changed lenders not to us the lender that is linked with there company we were treated with disrespect. We did a 203 loan and needed in the home several times so the contractor can do a bid. Every time we asked to get in it was a fight. Than when it came down to closing it took 5 days after we signed to even receive the keys. Than once the keys were released they just left them at the home not even giving them to us physical.
This company takes no blame for there mistakes. They will put the blame on other companies if you don’t deal with there fiancial company. I would not recommend to use them at all.
