Can’t say enough good things about Vikas Khosla and Leader Mortgage/​Bank. We used them to buy our first home, and then refinanced with them too. We initially found them and were pre-​approved on a saturday, which was unusually convenient. Also, we didn’t have to put 20% down — some banks require that. And Vikas made all efforts to make the application process convenient and quick.

I will never use this company again! I used them 4 years ago and had no problems, but not this time. Not only did they tell me 3 days before my closing I need an additional $ 13 000 in my bank account, but they also spelt my name wrong on all the final paperwork so I had to wait for all new documents! It was a complete mess and unbelievably disorganized– they even added my taxes incorrectly! These people have no pride in their work and I will not be using them again!

Suzanne McElroy at Leader Mortgage in Arlington was absolutely terrific. She helped me refinance my mortgage with a great rate and the process could not have been quicker or easier. Everything was done over the phone and by postal mail. Most important to me, she very clearly explained the pros and cons of different decisions, making me confident I was making the right financial decision.
Over a year later (today), she pre-​approved me for a mortgage for a home I am considering purchasing. Not only did she have all my information from a year ago on hand to quickly fill out the pre-​approval forms, she also helped explain the details of my choices once again. And she emailed me a PDF of my approval less than 45 minutes after I initially called. I am amazed!
