Been here twice now, is ok. Pedicures are good enough and they’re curtious. Not the fanciest or most luxurious place. My complaints would be that they need more staff, they had two employees switching back and forth between 6 people my last time, so don’t go if you’re in a hurry! And some of the features don’t work on a few of the massage chairs… which is one of my favorite parts of getting a pedicure. Also, the first time we went a few weeks ago they charged my 10 year old $ 12 for a pedi, and this last time was $ 15, so some inconsistent pricing.
The lady was nice enough to trust me to run to the cash machine and come right back my first time visiting, when I went to pay after the service I realized it was cash only (good to know!). It’s good enough for being a local shop, and is close to my house, so I’ll return.

The employees were nice but VERY slow. We had appointments and they just kept allowing more people to come in. For only two employees, they needed to limit how many people they allowed in bot finish one person before starting someone else. I also have nail polish on the skin of my toe.

It was just so so. We came in on a slow Sunday. Only got a pedicure. Took about an hour just for my pedi (not even counting drying time for my polish). There were only two people working and six customers, they just kept trading off between customers. No individual attention at all. Yes the paraffin wax treatment was nice, the nail polish was sloppy but at that point I just wanted to go. Oh well. I will stick with my regular place in smoky point instead.

I visited LV Nails on a slow Sunday afternoon, there were two customers and only two technicians working. First of all– it smelled like pee and was really warm. Not necessarily a deal killer for me, but then after about 25 min. of waiting in silence, the woman put my hands in water to soak. For 15 – 20 min. The standard is 5. I then waited longer to have my nails even touched. The end product was outrageous– polish all over my cuticles and skin. I made her remove the excess polish but then went home and removed the rest she apparently didn’t see. The whole experience was awful and I would highly recommend you go elsewhere for a manicure.

I’ve been tagging along with my girl whenever she comes here for her regular mani and pedi fix. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The people are super nice. They remember us and always go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable while waiting. The end results are good (as far as I can tell anyway). Girl is happy; I am happy.

I and my daughter went here the weekend of Feb 19^th. it was Absolutely WOnderful.
they did a great job. We were there 1 ½ hours and treated like royalty. They throw in a Parrafin Wax that was to die for. Its all included in the 20.00. Would highly recommend.

I have been going here for the last three years. They have changed ownership. Sister sold to the brother. First of all if I am going to come to your business, my expectations is you are going to do the job. I purchased a pedi and a mani. The man performed the mani barely touching my feet. I said I don’t think so. Then the woman gave me a manicure. I gave her 40.00 and expected 7.00 in change of which I would have given them a tip. I looked at the prices on the board and they were the same as before. Well she took my 40.00 and I said I want change. Then she said something as though that ended the conversation and started to walk away. I said again, I want change. She brought me back 2.00. I walked away with dirty fingernails and hangnails which I had to take care of
Save your money and go elsewhere. Not good
