Lyon Custom Painting

Bob Lyon has now done several painting jobs for me, both exterior and interior. He is not only a perfectionist who does excellent work but also a pleasure to be around. In addition to doing a great job, he left everything so clean that I had almost no cleanup to do after he was done, which is unheard of with painting, which usually results in a lot of dust. He always communicated clearly about timelines for getting work done (and everything was done either according to schedule, or sooner) and costs; nothing ever cost more than his initial estimate. In fact, he ended up doing extra little things and never charged me extra for doing them. As icing on the cake, my dog, who is normally wary of strangers in the house, fell in love with him. Bob and his team did a great job painting our addition, and they did it in record time. They had to replace our wall of exterior siding (the original exterior of the house that the previous owners retained when they installed the addition), install drywall and create intricate wood baseboards, and paint the walls and a lot of trim.
The results were stunning, with OCD-​quality attention to detail, and they were super careful about not making a mess. All of this is took a total of 11 days from when he first saw the space (six days of actual work), which is light speed compared to other contractors we have used.
Given the quality and speed of the work, we would definitely hire Lyon again.
