Great service — Nathan hooked us up, very thorough and friendly. I ended up going presented and doubling my purchase! Glad we stopped in.

I first went to the mattress firm on Matlock tired out a couple of mattress found the one I like and put it on layaway until I got ready to move.
Carlos was excellent and knowledgeable of the mattress and helped a lot. I told Carlos exactly what I was looking for and he showed me only those mattress. A couple of months had passed and there was a new sells man there he continue to call my phone to inform me that he is new to the store and he is going over all the open tickets he has there and wanted to know when I need to get my mattress and make a payment. So it finally got closer to the date of me needing my mattress so I went up there to see what I need to do. I had a lot of questions just so I could be prepared. The man was acting like I was getting on his nerves but he answer all my question and was like, «okay now so when do you need it and when are you going to pay». My whole thing is don’t rush me if I put money down on something don’t u think I want it…
There are no layaway obligation so you can come in and make a payment whenever so what’s the big problem, why are you hounding me about it. I didn’t like that and I didn’t like his demeanor. The next day I went to the other location on cooper which is the outlet even better in my life.
As I’m walking in I’m like is that the guy from the other store and he introduce himself and YES that is Carlos he remember me and I told him what happen at the other store he apologized and began to help me. I was able to get my mattress and everything set for my delivery I came out even cheaper at the outlet. I can’t wait for to sleep on my new mattress. I’ll update after that.

Wow, obviously Felicia you are the type of person who wants quality but cant sacrifice the dough. What the hell do you expect for a 199 queen set??? Have you done your research? Do you know how much quality q/​f sets start at? You get what you pay for, you dont go to McDonalds and order a dollar burger and expect it to be black angus beef. And like you previously stated they bought out Mattress Giant which would explain why they have locations across the street from one another, as well as flow of traffic. IDK how often you venture in the real world, or into Arlington but driving across 20 on Cooper St is no easy task. I hope next time you plain utter ignorance will not come into play when you decide to actually buy something.
On another note, friendliest salesman you could ever ask for. Rochele is extremely knowledgeable, and its extremely nice. Never rushed, and didnt pressure us.

This stores to my knowledge has bought out Mattress Giant which sucked also and were way overpriced. They pull the classic «bait and switch». Avoid their alleged doorbuster sales. This 4^th of July they had a big sale advertising $ 199.00 pillowtop bed in queen size or full. Of course the cheap Unilocaler that I am I rushed down to check it out. The pillowtop was cheap crap. Of course they then say the standard «for $ 899 we can give you this»…which is a way better product. Passed on that one. The next doorbuster today was $ 399 for queen memory foam bed. Again I run out to see this. The salesman first of all denies knowledge of a 4^th of July sale, even though it is posted on their website and on the store window. When I challenge him and show him their website with the add, his amnesia clears up. He then takes me to the back of the store and pulled out what appeared to be a block of styrofoam in plastic. He throws it on the floor and asked me to test it. Are you kidding? What am I, a puppy? Please don’t be a sucker and buy from this company. I also find it odd that on Cooper Street there are two right across the street from each other, there is one around the corner off Matlock and this location. Why all these stores? It appears the owner wants to be the Walmart of mattresses. Looks desperate to me.
