Monster Mattress and Furniture

Sounds like the other reviews are based off of poor consumer due diligence. When purchasing any item you would think that you would want to know everything involved. If a sales rep at the store had sold you something you weren’t looking for you would have complained that they were trying to push extras on you, since they didn’t sell you more than what you asked for, and even went above and beyond to help you with where you screwed up, you still have a complaint. Really?
I have dealt with this company for years and they have been nothing more then fair and helpful on their prices and merchandise, which is good quality by the way. I do recommend lots of people (including all my close relatives) to them and will continue to do business with them myself.
It burns me up that customers will knowingly and purposely take the cheaper route (such as buying a mattress without the matching box spring) and want to blame others for their mistakes and write poor reviews. Having the owner become aware and go out of his way to help fix the situation at no additional cost was outstanding in my book, because try to go somewhere else and get that same service, you won’t, I promise you.
I sold mattresses and furniture for a living at Rent-​a-​center and Conn’s as their manager. Everything can’t be left up to a sales person, being a lazy consumer doesn’t justify not doing your due diligence when purchasing an item you will have for the next 7 – 10 years. You knew exactly what you wanted when you showed up to make your purchase and you made sure you got just that.
I have purchased a double pillow top mattress from them (which you can’t seem to purchase ANYWHERE else) and It has been an excellent mattress for the time and money. Even, when it was my choice to want to upgrade, that mattress is still in great condition. And by the way Elizabeth G. late 2011 to July 2012 is not a month!
