The store manager let’s his employees smoke and sell weed on company property while on the clock.

Great service and if they don’t know the answer to the question they usually have someone in the store that does.

I am so upset! Went into O’Reilly’s at Smokey Point 2 weeks ago and purchased some wheel cleaner, recommended by one of the sales associates. As it was not the brand I am accustomed to, I was bit wary and was assured that there was a 100% customer satisfaction return policy — was told to keep the receipt and bring it back if I wasn’t happy with the results.
Well…it didn’t work as well as the Armor All brand I typically purchase. My husband sprayed LOTS of the wheel cleaner on his filthy truck wheels and we had to go over with with Armor All afterward. I thought maybe it didn’t work because the wheels were so dirty, so we tried it on my car, which gets cleaned every week. I wasn’t impressed with the results.
So, I brought it back in hopes of exchanging it for Armor All wheel & tire cleaner. The sales associate told me I could not return the product since it was almost empty. She checked with the manager on duty, Matt, who laughed at me and stated: «You can not return a product that’s empty!» Well, how am I supposed to determine it’s quality if I don’t use it? Furthermore, if your policy states 100% customer satisfaction and you’re not going to stand by your company policy, your employees should not be encouraging customers to return products.
This is a $ 4.99 product. I am not going to stress out about getting my money back. It’s the principle of the matter — the manger was a complete jerk who laughed at me and made me feel uncomfortable shopping in the store. I will NOT be back to Smokey Pt O’Reilly’s and have already informed my car-​enthusiast neighbors to do the same!
